• Daily activities for all ages. Ready for non-stop fun with sports and activities for all ages at the Activity Center and Kids Club. Start the day with yoga or Zumba, brush up on your Spanish or Latin dance steps and don’t miss the beach volleyball. From pirate treasure hunts to pool games to art and movies, children won’t want to leave the Kids Club.
• Non-motorized water sports. Try your hand at sail boating and kayaking or grab a snorkel mask and go in search of colorful fish.

Some premium dishes and beverages dishes are not included in the All-Inclusive package but are available at additional cost: Lobster, selected prime cuts of beef, selected prime fillets of fish, dishes prepared table side, flambéed desserts and specialty coffees and premium drinks and wines.

Some resort services such as Alea® Spa treatments and massages, Royal Market store and Thomas More Travel tours and water sports, among others are not included in the All-Inclusive package but are available, additional charges apply.

If you are staying at The Royal Sands or The Royal Cancun and wish to visit The Royal Haciendas for the day or vice versa, you may do so, but meals, drinks and any other additional purchases you make will be charged to your credit card, they are not included in your All-Inclusive package.

• Reservations are required for dining at Hacienda Sisal, Club Bistro and La Trattoria restaurants and for shows at Gran Salon Hacienda Sisal in Cancun and Los Murales and Kinoko at The Royal Haciendas and are subject to availability.
• Reservations are not required for meals and drinks in Veranda del Mar, Sand Dollar, Sidelines Bar and Char Hut at The Royal Sands, La Palapa at The Royal Cancun and La Palapa del Sol, Sol and Luna Grill, Pizza Luna and La Rotonda Bar at The Royal Haciendas. The dress code is resort casual.
• The dress code is casual elegant at these specialty restaurants: La Trattoria at The Royal Cancun, Club Bistro, Hacienda Sisal and Gran Salon Hacienda Sisal at The Royal Sands and Los Murales and Kinoko at The Royal Haciendas.
• Celebrations and other special events organized at participating restaurants and bars during the year have an additional cost.
• Alcoholic beverages and house wine are served by the glass and are included in restaurants, bars and when ordering Room Service.
• For reasons of safety, management and staff reserve the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to guests who are visibly impaired.
• Alcoholic beverages will not be served to minors under the age of 18. Official ID will be requested.
• The Room Service Menu is available 24 hours and is located in your room
• Guests will only be able to order Room Service to their own room and it will be available for the number of guests registered therein.
• Alcoholic drinks ordered through Room Service will be served by the glass and with food. An additional charge will be levied for bottles of liquor ordered to the room.
• The mini bar is stocked with beer, sodas and water and is replenished once a day.
• The Royal Roast Coffee Shop, Royal Market convenience store and the Royal Express take out counters are not included in the All-Inclusive package.
• Coffee service is available in La Rotonda at The Royal Haciendas and La Veranda at The Royal Sands.
• Food and beverage menus in participating restaurants and bars are subject to change without prior notice.
• The All-Inclusive package may not be applied with other promotions and discounts.
