Want to impress your special someone with a delicious, freshly cooked meal made only of the finest ingredients? Spend Valentine’s Day learning to cook with an expert chef and become the culinary master you’ve always wanted to be!

Join us for an unforgettable trip to the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Kitchen House and Culinary Garden. You’ll learn the latest and greatest cooking techniques as you prepare a delectable dinner inspired by the world-renowned celebrity chef, Emeril. Watch your cooking skills go from great to extraordinary as you learn new methods, you’ll want to repeat in your own kitchen again and again.

But the fun doesn’t stop there. This culinary experience features a Mixology class so you can learn to make a delicious cocktail at home. All the food you’ll be making includes seed-to-table ingredients grown on-site in the restaurant’s garden, so you can be sure you’re eating only the freshest, healthiest, and most natural ingredients. You’ll also receive a personalized tour of the garden so you can learn all about their unique agricultural methods.

This Valentine’s Day love is in the air–and so is the smell of a delicious, home-cooked meal! Grab your main squeeze and prepare for a romantic holiday like no other.

Transportation will be provided to and from Orange Lake Resort and our experience. Please note some walking will be involved with this event (3 on a scale of 1–10*), which may include stairs.

Itinerary


Monday, February 13, 2023 – Check-in and Welcome Party

  • Check-In starts at 4pm, but please stop by the lobby between 3-5pm to meet your event host and pick up your final itinerary.

  • 7:00 p.m. –9:30 p.m. Members will mingle with each other while enjoying a delicious meal, an open bar, and a vibrant dinner party to get the event started

Tuesday, February 14, 2023 – Experience Day

  • 4:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. Members will visit the unforgettable Emeril Lagasse Foundation Kitchen House and Culinary Garden for an Edible Education Experience, a Garden Tour, a private cooking and Mixology lesson, and a delicious Valentine’s Day meal

Wednesday, February 15, 2023 – One-hour personalized owner update at pre- selected date and time. Members will receive a catered boxed meal prior to their owner update.

Thursday, February 16, 2023 - Event check-out date (but you’re welcome to stay longer!)

Participants in the VIP Experience have the option of signing a photo/video release form.
