Qualifications for taking a timeshare tour are:
- You must be gainfully employed and not in bankruptcy at the time of package purchase and at tour
- You can be single and attend, but if you’re in a couple (married or unmarried), you’ll both need to attend the tour together
- Be at least 25-years-old (Spouse must be 21 or older)
- Have an annual household income of at least $50,000 USD
- Must not have an active package or have toured in the last 12 months (maximum 3 permitted per lifetime)
- Must attend a one to two-hour timeshare presentation
- Cannot be an employee of a Timeshare Company or affiliated Hotel Brand

Once you’ve completed checkout, a representative will be in touch to help select dates for your stay, or you may call (801) 590-3765 to speak with a representative right away.
When you talk to a representative about booking your dates, you can inquire about adding extra nights for an additional charge.
You are responsible for the hotel and resort taxes which range from $5 to $42 per night depending on where and when you travel. For hotel stays, a hold of up to $150 may be placed on your credit card. All other charges and expenses, including airfare, local transportation (including to and from the sales presentation), all related taxes, parking and any incidentals are your sole responsibility and are not included in this special rate.
We can check availability of partner hotels nearby. If there is still no inventory, we can look at booking for your second preferred dates or switch your location to a destination that does have availability.
Once you purchase your package, you have 12 months to travel.
Families or groups consisting of more than one couple traveling together with same or adjoining arrival dates are not permitted. Travel dates must be 7 days apart.
No, a representative will contact you about scheduling your dates after you have completed checkout. You will also receive a confirmation email after purchasing your package.
Yes, you can change your dates after booking. The only fee you’ll pay is if you select a major holiday for your stay.

Following guidance from the CDC, guests and owners visiting resorts located in areas of substantial or high COVID-19 transmission are encouraged to wear face coverings in public spaces indoors – regardless of vaccination status.
Additionally, state or local government orders may result in different face mask requirements at some of our resorts. If this occurs, details around the government-issued mask mandate will be clearly displayed at the resort.
Unless it is required by local government orders, we are not requiring guests to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test or a vaccination card to check in at a resort or participate in a sales tour. Currently, there are no local orders that require this information be shown in order to visit or stay at one of our 28 resorts.
If local government orders require that guests show proof of a negative test or a vaccination card to access certain amenities or visit on-property restaurants and bars, this information will be clearly displayed at the resort.
Before leaving their personal residence, all travelers should check if their local government has issued restrictions or guidance regarding travel (and return from travel). At this time, there are no government-issued travel restrictions directly impacting the states and counties of our resorts.
No, single guests are also eligible to purchase. However, if you are in a couple (unmarried or married, living together), you must attend the timeshare presentation with your significant other.
With a resort vacation package, you’ll be staying on property at one of our Holiday Inn Club Vacations resorts. You’ll have access to all of the resort’s amenities, which can include things like water parks, dining, sports courts and more. Amenities vary by property. Resort packages can accommodate up to 4 guests. You’ll attend your presentation at the resort where you stay.
With a hotel vacation package, you won’t stay with us on property, but you’ll stay at a nearby partner hotel, such as a Holiday Inn Express or Holiday Inn Resort. The hotel options will vary based upon availability, but our Reservations team will walk you through selecting the best fit for your family. Hotel packages can accommodate up to 4 guests.
