Wonderful Stay

Chose this hotel to stay at before our cruise. The property is beautiful and has a ton of amenities for families. The location right next to the beach gives you the feel of two different types of vacation all in one hotel. The pool/spray park/lazy river were so much fun for the kids. The beach was clean and the water wasn't too rough. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Mediocre At Best

The pool would be great for kids. The rest of the experience was just alright, nothing to write home about. Service was pretty mediocre, honestly. Our room definitely could have used some attention to upkeep too. Overall, it was a mixed bag.

High pressure sales

Time share sales are horrible. Terrible cost and misleading sales. Said 90 minutes but after over 2 hours I had to complain to the manager to end it and get the money we were promised. Even the manager tried to continue the sales. The salesman was rude. Overall ruined the experience at the hotel

My Wife and I celebrated our 46 year old Son's birthday and the end of summer for our Grandson together with as a family. We enjoyed the convenience and proximity of the resort and local attractions. We experienced a peaceful and relaxing time during our stay. Since then, we have decided that we will certainly be coming back again.

Rooms need major renovations and upgrades

Nice lazy river, very poor room. Rooms need major upgrades and renovations.

Great Amenities, Rooms Need a Refresh

Pool, restaurants, bar, mini golf, movies ... were all wonderful. Room felt old and rundown but was very clean. Loved being so close to the port and the beach.

Not the same standards I’ve come to expect

This place was nothing like other holiday inn resorts we have stayed at. For the price it was dirty and run down. At check in we were told that we needed to basically clean the unit ourselves and there was dried food on the counters and dirty microwave. Also guests are required to empty the garbages. Seeing guests walking around with garbage bags is just strange. The staff are…not professional. It was a huge disappointment. The shower handle was nearly falling off the wall and the repairs to things were very sad.

Beautiful family friendly

This location has everything and the staff are excellent. This is now our go to vacation every year. If you like fishing and seeing wildlife, this location puts you close to sea turtles and manatees. The fishing was a short walk. It's amazing for watching sunrise and rocket launches.

Pool is great but rooms feel like a cheap motel. Service at breakfast was terrible. Lobby etc is ok, rooms are old and dated. Couldn’t wait to leave
