Good and bad

First room was absolutely amazing. Second room was full of mold, we all left with sore throats, Was the ocean view bottom fooor sweet.. There is nothing the front desk could do after the fact because IHG was a third-party of this facility. Five stars for first room two stars per second room. Hit or miss.

Best Resort near Cocoa Beach

A wonderful place for the family with entertainment for all with waterpark, lazy river, water slide, lots of tables and lounges in the shade by the pool! Food is fantastic and a great value! We bought in as owners while here and are so excited!

Perfect stay

Perfect location, very quiet surroundings, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Nice beach area. Big pool with a lazy river and a slide. Very well kept grounds. Nice rooms. Some are starting to show some wear and tear but nothing too terrible. You can see the cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral from your room. Lots of activities for kids.

Wonderful Stay

Chose this hotel to stay at before our cruise. The property is beautiful and has a ton of amenities for families. The location right next to the beach gives you the feel of two different types of vacation all in one hotel. The pool/spray park/lazy river were so much fun for the kids. The beach was clean and the water wasn't too rough. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Mediocre At Best

The pool would be great for kids. The rest of the experience was just alright, nothing to write home about. Service was pretty mediocre, honestly. Our room definitely could have used some attention to upkeep too. Overall, it was a mixed bag.

High pressure sales

Time share sales are horrible. Terrible cost and misleading sales. Said 90 minutes but after over 2 hours I had to complain to the manager to end it and get the money we were promised. Even the manager tried to continue the sales. The salesman was rude. Overall ruined the experience at the hotel
