Our Studio villas range from 270 to 485 square feet and comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Most feature a king-size bed, a pullout sleeper sofa, a convenient kitchenette, TV, stereo, complimentary Wi-Fi, and access to shared laundry facilities within the building.
One Bedroom
Ranging from 692 to 909 square feet and comfortably accommodating up to four guests, many feature a king-size bed and pullout sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, separate living and dining areas, a fireplace, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, complimentary Wi-Fi, and either an in-villa washer and dryer or access to shared laundry facilities. Select villas also include a private patio or balcony and an oversized spa tub.
Two Bedroom

Skier Express
Hop on our ski-in and ski-out gondola for easy access to Heavenly Mountain via the Stagecoach lift. This lift is not attended, so you receive a code to enter when you check in at the resort.
Available during ski season when Heavenly Mountain is open and the Stagecoach lift is operating.

Mini Golf
Challenge your kids to a fun-filled game of mini golf near the Terrace building. Stop by the Recreation Desk to check out equipment and enjoy up to two hours of play time per guest.
Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (available seasonally during spring and summer, depending on snow melt) 
Fitness Center
Keep workouts on track at our two on-site fitness centers. One is in the Clubhouse and the other is on the 2nd floor of Ridge Pointe. Guests must be 13 or older. Offerings include treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, free weights (clubhouse only), and weight machines.
Hours: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Special Activities
Swing by the Recreation Desk in the Clubhouse for activity information. Options include trivia, karaoke, painting activities, guided hike, arts and crafts, and team play events.
