AC issue

The amenities at the hotel is why we chose this hotel. Loved all the family activities. However, we were truly there for World Series. Coming back to warm room everyday was not part of the plan. We made the staff aware on the Tuesday and several times after that. It got up to 80 at one point. They did come check it a few times but never really gave us any relief until Thursday, which that relief was only 75. We still made them aware that something was differently up with their unit. Their maintenance guy Dave came on Wednesday and said he would be back with 2 box fans. We never saw those either. Again we loved the area and the hotel but I would certainly not stay there for a week again and have to deal with a possible broken AC.

Fun in the sun

Excellent place to stay and have fun in the sun. Hotel has everything and more.

Excellent location. Beautiful room with all the needed amenities. Plenty of room for a large family. Beach was very nice! Staff was very nice and pleasant!

Great Staycation

We recently stayed at the IHG Cape Canaveral resort and overall had a wonderful experience. I booked through Priceline and selected a room that included free breakfast. At check-in, we were upgraded to a villa, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the breakfast was not honored because it didn’t appear on our itinerary. Unfortunately, I couldn’t show proof since Priceline only allows communication through a chatbot, even though they did confirm breakfast was included. Despite that inconvenience, everything else about the stay was fantastic. The amenities were top-notch, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. We truly enjoyed our time here and will absolutely be back!

Never again

Bed and couch was uncomfortable. Pool closed early. Hot tub was too hot to get in. Towels were rough on the skin. Shower head was horrible. Hurt your body. Some staff were nice and some were rude.

Great place to take the family. Close to beach, food is great!

Mostly wonderful

Our stay was wonderful, but the water slide and lazy river were broke down during our stay. Other than that, it was very nice. My children were disappointed and I spent a lot of money to make them happy.

Hair in the room, made stay unpleasant.

Check-in was super easy and everything was great until we went to our room. I stayed with my wife and kids at the resort for a weekend getaway and everything was fine until we checked the cleanliness of our room. My wife and I are clean freaks, and finding other guest hair in places where it should obviously been cleaned was an immediate red flag for us. We found hair in our towels, on the shower walls, in the sink, and on our pillows. My wife immediately made me go to the store and buy every kind of disinfectant that was safe for use with our kids. Contacted the front desk to let them know and they offered to send someone to clean it but it was too late. Very unfortunate I had to spend the weekend listening to my wife complain about everything in the room. Weather didn’t help either.

Great Location

Excellent location and very pleased with staff. My only comments would be to add a mirror in the room and my food (chicken quesadilla) was ok. Chicken was not good.

Best hotel for cruising

Fun place to stay with the family before a cruise. Absolutely love how big and warm the pool was. The restaurants were also perfect for snacks/drinks by the pool and a late dinner. Would definitely stay here again!
