Refreshing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Room had good space and the hot springs were really relaxing. There is a good walking trail at the resort and access to a bike path to old town Genoa.

Very nice accomidations.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk Sarah was very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The best place in town

A beautiful place to recharge and enjoy nature. Relax in hot pools or dining in a old time restaurant that has great atmosphere

Awesome stay off the beaten path

I have been going to Tahoe for over 30 years and have never stayed at David Walley's Hot Springs before ... after this recent stay, I am inclined to think this may be my go-to lodgings when visiting Tahoe ... the staff are exceptional, the rooms are very comfortable, and the hot springs are great and easily accessible, especially if you are in the Aurora Building (and the cost for the hot springs access is reasonable and included in the resort fee - there is no separate fee for use of the hot springs, as some reviews seem to imply) ... Brittany and Will at the front desk will make your stay as enjoyable as possible and assist with requests as fast as you bring them ... all in all, I highly recommend Walley's Hot Springs if you want to be surrounded by farms and nature rather than casinos and throngs of tourists when visiting Tahoe, and the hot springs are the icing on the cake every day (and the hot springs facility has very hot showers and a sauna room) ... hope you get a chance to enjoy ...

Timeshare Quid Pro Quo

This place is absolutely beautiful! The hot springs are very well maintained. I really wish they wouldn't make you listen to a "Timeshare" opportunity before they give you the room keys. That's not cool to make people get solicited when they check in. It's heavy handed.

Good stay! One day stay, it was clean the guy at the front desk was nice and friendly! He went cleaning the floors while in between guests! The blonde girl was very nice smiling and greeting everyone in breakfast! She was stocking the utensils and cleaning everything ! Love seeing workers actually working!

Would stay again!!

Hotel is outdated however, the rooms are clean, beds are comfy and the showers are hot! Breakfast was full I like how they have turkey and regular meat available for a variety!

Staff handling of power outage

We stay 5-6 times a year for 3-4 days. power went out the first night and never receive and phone call follow up from staff about anything on what was going on. We spoke with the manager Will Sunday after we checked out and He was amazing went above and beyond to make things right. Would hope they find more staff with his sense of customer service it is truly needed in today’s world

Wonderful Stay and Excellent Service

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location was very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
