This is our second stay in four months and were told for the first time--on our third day that housekeeping was not available unless additional fee paid. It is ideally located and a very reasonable price for our visit, but this issue should be brought up in booking info or at check-in. The only meal service is an onsite restaurant.

Pure relaxation…
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, staff were friendly, and accommodating. We dined in restaurant a few times during our stay and the food was great! Embraced the mineral pool experience- pure relaxation, just what I wanted for my birthday weekend…

Just visit Genoa for the day.
The property is pretty to look at but it’s lacking in numerous areas as far as providing a memorable stay. The rooms are very outdated for the nightly prices they are charging. I’ve also noticed a trend of check in at 4pm then check out at 10 am. That’s just greedy. I booked my stay about a month prior to my arrival and my reservation was no where to be found in their system. So Laurie booked it right then and there after I showed her my confirmation email. She informed us that our room wasn’t ready and she would call us after an inspection was completed. 3:30pm rolls around and we still haven’t received a call so we return to the lobby where a different receptionist informs us that our room is in fact ready. We find our building and notice that anyone can walk in there. No key card scan or anything. Just unlocked double doors. We get to our room and I go to take a quick shower and notice the body wash is completely empty. Which should’ve been refilled during this alleged “inspection”. Cabinets are super outdated and the toilet is noisy after it’s flushed. Restaurant is closed two days a week which is no big deal but I was surprised when we failed to find any hot coffee on the property in the morning. Yes, there’s a coffee maker in the room. But I don’t want that. I want to take a little stroll to the lobby and find a coffee / water station there like majority of the hotels I’ve stayed at in this country over the years. What’s really surprising is that there’s a country store on the property and no hot coffee there either. Just Dunkin’ Donuts “coffee” beverage in the fridge. They had every frozen / microwaveable snack imaginable but no where on the property to get decent coffee besides the single serve items in the room. I think this place is great for families with young ones who just want to be at the pool all day. I will just do day visits to Genoa from now on though.

Wonderful experience
Our stay was absolutely wonderful with the resort nestled among the beautiful mountains and stunning grounds. The historic town of Genoa is within walking distance on a paved trail and restaurants, saloon, and a pleasant walk through history.

Ants in our room
We entered through a door that we had to shove to open and close and were welcomed by ants in the kitchenette going into the bathroom. The staff was nice and our dinner was delicious. We were told that they sprayed, but the ants came back.

Great beds, beautiful views and awesome hot springs
This place was pretty awesome, we spent one night here and lived the rooms, the beds and the little porch with a view. The hit springs are the big draw and did not disappoint. Watching sunset from them was epic, plus my kid had a blast.

Nice vacation spot
I stayed here in July during summer vacation. The pools are nice and are included with the resort fee. The restaurant was decent however before and after supper I was getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. Hopefully management can find a way to spray down the area in summer to prevent this.

Comfortable but minimal amenities
While the hot springs pool and hot tubs were relaxing they are clearly old and run down. We arrived early and our rooms were not ready and we weren't provided with towels. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable but there was no option for breakfast or close place to get food.
