Great hotel

I was very impressed by this hotel. First the front desk staff Jennifer was very helpful and friendly. Then when I got to my room, I noticed that the room was very clean. Finally, I had a good night sleep because the room where I slept was so quiet. I will surely stay here again. |

Will not return

Poor management, breakfast was crowded ran out of stuff a lot , public restrooms atrocious. Very hot in the whole building

Great staff!

The staff was top notch. The Hot springs is a great experience. The store is way too expensive. I'm sure affects their sales. The restaurant has great food please enjoy when you're there.

Beautiful scenic grounds. Beds could be better.

We love this resort and have been back multiple times. Love the staff, they are on it. The scenic sprawling grounds and hot springs are incredible. The beds and pillows could definitely use an upgrade but aside from that we always enjoy our stay.

Our Stay

Overall, a great weekend getaway...met some great people in the hot springs and enjoyed the company of fellow guests. Those darn geese at night, kind of woke me up a few times, but looking back, I would take that over barking dogs and noisy neighbors any day. :D

Ski trip

Great Condo with everything needed. Loved the hot spring fed pools after a long trip and days of skiing.

Nice employees bad rooms

The employees were awesome. The room was dirty and had stains all over the carpet. Would never stay here again. We were so happy to check out

Refreshing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Room had good space and the hot springs were really relaxing. There is a good walking trail at the resort and access to a bike path to old town Genoa.
