I was overcharged $30 despite the promise of the Time-Share representative. All my attempts to contact the manage - Will Grier - were unsuccessful, he ignored all my messages I left for him.

Wonderful hot springs resort
My husband and I stayed here for one night for our anniversary. We enjoyed the hot springs very much. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. It was nice having a full kitchen to prepare breakfast and coffee. We liked exploring Genoa village and hiking at River Fork Ranch Preserve.

From the moment we checked in right up until check out we were looked after perfectly. The receptionist who checked us in was Trizia and she was so friendly, asked about the reason for our stay and we advised it was my friends 30th celebration. Each time we passed her she checked in that we were having a great time and chatted about our plans for the stay. We used the spa after check in which was lovely, i would only say the downfall was not enough loungers, the ones that were there were taken by dirty towels. Spa staff friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge! The facilities were fantastic and asking for extra water or fresh milk was never any trouble. Breakfast each morning was lovely, we were sat by the window with the gorgeous views. The breakfast choice was wonderful and plentiful and the staff looked after us brilliantly- again so chatty about our stay and plans. The 2nd evening after dinner we went back to the hotel for a few drinks. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed a cocktail. Tom was a wonderful bar man and made me an off menu espresso martini. We were chatting about the birthday occasion and as we were outside we were welcomed with complimentary glass of fizz ! Such a lovely touch. I cannot compliment the team we made contact with enough, they made you feel like friends and i will certainly recommend this hotel and hopefully come back myself again. Thank you for making it memorable!

Our room was the perfect size suite with plenty of space, along with a balcony. Very clean. The staff was very friendly attentive, and quick to meet your requests.

Beautiful property! First class experience!
The property is amazing! We love the peace and comfort of this property. We enjoyed soaking in the hot spring tubs and walking along the trail into town. The restaurant is awesome!

Relaxing Getaway
Staff was so welcoming & helpful. The room had a patio looking out over the wet lands, which was beautiful & relaxing. We loved that there was a kitchen in the room, so we could bring drinks & snack, so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. My only minor criticism is that the vanity In the bathroom was old & the drawers were broken & it would have been nice for a hair dryer to be provided. The food at the restaurant was good, they had live music on Saturday night in the bar, which added to the overall experience. The hot springs were amazing & it was overall an amazing weekend. Everything really came together as a top notch resort experience. You really don’t even need to leave the property during your stay, as everything you need is right there.

Disappointed experience
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express our deep frustration with the experience we had during our recent stay at your property last weekend. Upon arrival, we were given keys to an incorrect room and had to work with only a security guard, since all the other staff had just departed for the evening, to attempt to resolve the room issue. Then the first alternative room we were offered was not the correct size. The second room (two buildings away) was finally the correct size we had requested in our booking, but the patio furniture had been moved inside, the bedside reading lamps didn’t work, and the connecting door to our two-bedroom villa was deadbolted, preventing us from enjoying the shared space with our friends as planned. Additionally, because Security did not have access to provide us with functioning keys, we were unable to properly settle in for the evening. This entire process took approximately 45 minutes to an hour, cutting into valuable rest time—particularly challenging with a six-month-old baby in tow. To make matters worse, the following morning, we accidentally closed our room door and were locked out without our things, again due to the lack of keys. This caused another delay of about 30 minutes while we waited for someone to assist us. This was not the experience we had hoped for, and certainly not reflective of the level of service we expected as Silver Elite members. It was not only stressful but also very embarrassing for us to show our friends what kind of experience they could have if they wanted to be members as well. I am deeply disappointed in our experience. Our final room that security was able to unlock wasn’t even up to the accommodation that we had booked. Definitely did not get what we had booked in advance. Thank you for taking the time to read about our experience and I look forward to hearing from you.
