Poor for the price

Dirty and old rooms. Pricey breakfast for what it is. No lift to rooms

Spacious room and great amenities

We enjoyed the spacious room and kitchen with a stove, large refrigerator. and expresso maker, as well as the included coffee grounds, expresso grounds, and coffee filters. The washer and dryer was also very handy to have. The sofa bed came in handy for the kids to sleep on. The automatic blinds and curtains provided privacy and allowed us to sleep well in our comfortable, clean beds. The choice of several pools was fun, and we enjoyed swimming until 10 pm. The on-site restaurant was so convenient! We definitely recommend this resort for families!

Good place to stay

This IGH property is close to the Strip without all the noise and traffic. Even with the pools close the room was quiet. The onsite arcade is small but sufficient for family. The onsite restaurant is quite expensive. The room rates are pretty high.

Very pushy

Very pushy about timeshare presentation. Don’t provide consistent cleaning. No elevator service or handicap access which should be stated before booking

We loved the pool area

We loved the pool area which opened late till night which was very nice and unique. All casino pools closed at around 6 pm. By staying at this resort, the entire family could chill at the pool area after a day trip to the strip.

Great staff

Clean room nice staff. Walking distance to strip. Cheaper than paying everywhere to park. Clean pools

Away from strip

Comfortable clean place. Only complaint I had was construction workers waking us up early banging pipes outside doing repair work on building. Outlets in room need to be replace. Plug something in and falls right out. Deactivated key card after requesting late check out. Need better communication with housekeeping

No Room cleaning for 2 days and room left with all garbage inside

Excellent staff at the front desk, great main pool experience, safe and clean.

The staff at the front desk were all excellent, the young lady that helped us multiple times during our stay - I wish I had written down her name - was extremely helpful and really went about and beyond assisting us. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the main pool. Family friendly but still fun for the adults. Room was clean and comfortable. Great experience overall.

Nice Hotel , good location.

This hotel is a great place for a family to enjoy Las Vegas. Though like any resort it does come with its issues. Be sure to double check when you arrive if you have made any special requests as they do not seem to listen very well. Overall the hotel is nice and the pools are great but they need to spend a little more time cleaning the pool areas as we saw the same food stains on the tables around the pools for days, so take some lysol wipes to the pool with you.
