Excellent accommodation
Clean well maintained property. Staff was friendly and ready to assist at any time. I requested additional blankets and they were there in 5 minutes. I received follow up on my request almost immediately. I received daily contact both from phone and texts to offer assistance if needed.

Excellent Family Resort
This resort was outstanding. Everything was clean and well maintained. The villa was spacious and fit my family of 6 comfortably! Even though it was -2 degrees outside, we had a blast in the pool, which is very large for many families to enjoy! We had such an amazing time and cannot wait to return.

Waterpark hotel maybe
My review of this hotel is abysmal because after checking in, we were notified that the waterpark was at capacity and we would not be able to attend. Newsflash: that was the entire reason for the visit. Next, we go to the room and I will appease myself with a hot bath. Aht, Aht! Tub was dirty. After I cleaned it myself, I turn on the hot water and allow it run. I return to find the tub filled with cold water because there is no hot water coming out of the valve. These two things made the stay pretty bad for us and we are unlikely to return.

My overall stay was great! I had a room on the 11th floor with a beautiful view. This hotel and room was very clean, the staffs hospitality were very friendly and accommodating.

I like the place it’s very nice and clean my kids had a ball they literally cried when I told them it’s time to leave but I will book another trip soon the movie theater was very cool the kids loved the game room

Amazing staff and wonderful resort
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Staff is very accommodating. Place has so many activities! Pool was awesome! Loved the Waterpark on the grounds as well! Would stay here again!! Loved it and the kids did too!

Amazing experience My family & I enjoy our stay at fox river every year (multiple times a year) for the last 6 years so I highly recommend if your looking for a nice get away & some relaxation they have so many activities for children & adults also there’s nice indoor water park that’s all year round
