Beautiful "Weekend Getaway" Location with kids
Great room prices with a lot of "outdoor" sporting activities on grounds and in the near vicinity. On Site pool is extremly large and the extras like the water park are fun activities for the kids.

Comfy place to getaway for a week or weekend
Visited in the off-season in January for my daughter 3rd birthday . We had fun, we went to the indoor waterpark and also sledded a bit . Staff inside the waterpark gift shop made us uncomfortable by acting like we were going to steal something. But the kids really enjoyed and I had time to relax.

Rock hard beds, hidden fees, and poor management
This was our kids’ Christmas gift this year and we were disappointed. We had to wait in the car for over 2 hours after check-in for a room even though I reserved months ago with 2 kids and groceries that needed to be frozen/ refrigerated. Garbage bags and dirty linens left in the hallway all weekend long which caused an unpleasant odor. Cleaners dumped powdered cleaner on the floor in the hallway and never cleaned it up. Food from the restaurant was double the price of what was listed online. Found hairs in the bathtub and in the freezer. Charged me for some unknown fee when I checked-in. Held $115 for damages which went all of our “fun” money. I’ve NEVER had a place hold money, only keep a card on file. Beds were rock hard and we all got very minimal sleep. Better off sleeping in the floor. Nothing was done to make any of this right. We will not be back and I will not recommend anyone stays here. The management is poor.

Rooms are a little dated but not to bad seems like there is a lot to do pools are fine main pool is good size. Everything in the room works and we had a nice visit will probably go back as it isn’t far from where we live
