fun weekend

This resort is excellent and offers many close tourist spots. The staff is friendly and responds quickly to any needs. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the rooms are well kept. We had a fun weekend!

Relaxing

We had so much room and the staff was so good to us! It was so relaxing knowing we were taken care of. We had one issue and it was fixed immediately.

Loved it

Great experience. Check in was easy and my clerk was very friendly and personable. Then when I walked in the room it was a pleasant surprise to find out how large and new everything was .

Great place to stay

Overall a great experience. Friendly staff and spacious rooms. Plenty of pillows and extra bedding for pullout couch. Great kitchen and laundry in the room. Nice pool/hot tub close by. Ample parking. Easy to find. Nice grocery store close by too. Will stay again when riding the hill country.

Great place to stay in Canyon Lakes

If your looking for a nice clean place to stay in canyon lakes this is it. It’s close to town and all the activities. It has clean facilities and rooms are large. I would recommend.

Not a resort

Of all the IHG hotels I've been to, this was the worst experience to date. It is not a resort as they claim in the website but more of an apartment complex. Nothing peaceful or luxurious about it. We were hearted like cattle through the reception area so quickly my head was spinning. When I inquired why my "villa" was across the highway I was given a map and told to please move on. Not only were we so far away from the main area, we were on the major road with traffic noises that kept us up all night. 3 flights of atairs to carry up our luggage with no elevator access. All the amenities were across the highway. Our coffeemaker didn't work In. The morning so I called and it took 3 hours and 3 calls to get a replacement. Just in time for us to have to check out by 10am. No lake views or access for us. We literally considered leaving and sleeping in our car until we could get into a hotel who cared about us. So very dissapointed. After all the years I've stayed at HI and I was treated as if I was homeless begging for a handout.

Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I were very pleased with our stay. The price couldn't be beat for the room we had. We were only able to stay for one night, but would loved to have stayed longer. We will definitely come back!

Excellent!

This is a very clean place to stay. Our suite was large, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchenette and living room. Slept 5 comfortably. Fantastic price! Great location, close to everything we needed. We didn't have time to eat at the hotel, but the restaurant looked great!

Beautiful views with comfortable rooms

The place was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are huge and very clean. Bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Internet worked great also. Being up high in the beautiful Texas Hill Country at such a great place was so relaxing. If I’m ever back in this area I will be staying here again!
