Pleasure Stay

The staff and the condition of the facility were excellent!

Great Choice

Very nice. Comfortable villa. Good parking. Friendly staff. In our area of the complex, we were in a quiet area and near a pool, pavilion and grills, surrounded by trees and nature. Very pretty. Loved it. Security on property makes for a safer environment and they were friendly. Wish we would have brought our golf clubs. Looked like a nice place to play.

Road teip

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. It was very quiet. No road noise. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind.

Comfortable

Nice stay. We have stayed here a handful of times and it’s always clean. This time we experts problem with the AC but it was handled quickly. The main man came right over and checked on us as he said he would while the lines thawed. He charged it and we were set for the rest of the stay. Plenty of pillows. I slept good but the bed so kinda firm though. Lots of room to roam, seating inside and outside. We stayed in building 16. You can hear the people on the upper floors, we had Some kids and heavy walkers that woke us up. The grounds are nice and full of trees. I didn’t get to but one of us got to see a handful of deer grazing. A good location to shopping. We didn’t even get to/have to travel through the main strip of Branson. We could have but we didn’t. I recommend this place, you probably won’t be disappointed.

Was a great time

Stayed for my birthday weekend and have a great time and staff was great and grill in the green was great for breakfast. We will be back this spring

Comfortable beds, beautiful site, lots of features

This was a wonderful place to stay. There was all sorts of things to do.

Need a Balcony

The rooms were nice, I like the ones with a balcony. The 10 am check out SUCKS! I’m just waking up! Also they should have people available to show you to your building!

Nice stay

Nice stay, secluded, quiet. Met up with family and had activities to do. you have to drive to the main pool. The other pools are smaller but are convenient to cool down in.

Holiday Inn Holiday Hills Resort Branson

To understand my ratings. We enjoyed the property and the condo unit that we stayed in. Very lovely campus and grounds and room with furnishings. Campus was clean. The staff at check-in was pleasant and warm. However, a few things that need improvement. The internet in our room was unusable. We tried to do a little work from our room and we tried to play Jackbox game with our family online and it was not usuable. The facility had sent me a text when we arrived. I texted them about the difficulty with the internet. They text back saying that we could find the router behind a dresser and we could unplug it and plug it back in. There was no other help, they didn't check back with me and what we unplugged and plugged back in did not fix the situation. The master bed a king size bed, while nice, seemed to cause my back to ache, I've not experienced that at other IHG properties. Also, what's up with the tiny small pillows, they are uncomfortable and not sure how much money you save by buying small pillows but they are very uncomfortable. There was a machine of some kind, air conditioning unit or something with a very loud and annoying sound all night long. Again, couldn't pinpoint what or where it was coming from but it took awhile to go to sleep. I'm not a picky person and very rarely write a negative review, but for such a fantastic place for lodging the other items I mentioned should be expected to be at a more acceptable level.
