Holiday Inn Holiday Hills Resort Branson

To understand my ratings. We enjoyed the property and the condo unit that we stayed in. Very lovely campus and grounds and room with furnishings. Campus was clean. The staff at check-in was pleasant and warm. However, a few things that need improvement. The internet in our room was unusable. We tried to do a little work from our room and we tried to play Jackbox game with our family online and it was not usuable. The facility had sent me a text when we arrived. I texted them about the difficulty with the internet. They text back saying that we could find the router behind a dresser and we could unplug it and plug it back in. There was no other help, they didn't check back with me and what we unplugged and plugged back in did not fix the situation. The master bed a king size bed, while nice, seemed to cause my back to ache, I've not experienced that at other IHG properties. Also, what's up with the tiny small pillows, they are uncomfortable and not sure how much money you save by buying small pillows but they are very uncomfortable. There was a machine of some kind, air conditioning unit or something with a very loud and annoying sound all night long. Again, couldn't pinpoint what or where it was coming from but it took awhile to go to sleep. I'm not a picky person and very rarely write a negative review, but for such a fantastic place for lodging the other items I mentioned should be expected to be at a more acceptable level.

Relax

Great place to stay if you have a family. The location is away from the main street or downtown.

Would need recommendation and would stay here again. We loved the spacious suites and room bathrooms.

Do not stay here go to an air bnb

We chose this location for the size amenities we needed, instantly regretted. Our bathroom was not clean nor in proper working order in either bathrooms Check-in was a mess, WiFi worked then didn’t work - worked intermittently in rooms Did not have linens in room for pull out bed Condition of room Is dingy, no lighting matches cool vs warm Felt like I was stuck in the 70s

Our stay in Branson

Holiday Inn Resort in Branson is amazing. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The buildings are well maintained. Location is perfect. Far enough from Branson, so no noise.

One night stay

Stayed for one night while in Branson. One bedroom villa. Lots of space, but outdated and needed updating.

Comfortable and convenient

Love this location. Quiet, comfortable, and close to attractions without being right in the middle of the strip. Friendly staff. Great value.

Stay Away

Things might be different if you actually owned a unit at this Holiday Inn property, but if you’re just booked a room for a vacation, prepare to be miserable. I traveled with a group that booked several different rooms. Every single room had either something missing something, falling apart, water leaking through the ceiling, the list goes on. By far the worst holiday in experience I’ve ever had. Suggest finding an alternate location.

Customer service

It was difficult to reach a human by phone. When I was able to reach someone to talk with, I kept being transferred because no one was able to help. The front desk did not always answer the phone and different information was given by different employees at the front desk.
