Horrible Property

The address given on the confirmation email was incorrect from IHG. After we called and verified where to go, we were finally able to check in. At the check in the staff did not follow IHG procedure by greeting properly. I proceeded to tell the gentleman to deposit our Welcome Points, and he was confused by not being trained properly. We then proceeded to where our room was and drop off our luggage. That evening when we returned, we noticed the living area table was busted out underneath. Next morning when we got showered, we again noticed what appeared to be mold on the shower head. At this point we dropped off our cards and notified the Diamond Line who stated that this was not the IHG way and apologized. I would not recommend this property until they learn what maintenance is.

High Dollar 24 Hour Family Roadtrip =(

Was a cute place to stay however, they gave us a room....then said it was the wrong room. Put us in a whole different building and room making us late to an appointment we had AND THEN I just got notice from my bank...they freaking double charged me! At $255 a pop, this turned into quite an inconveient and expensive 24 hour road trip with the family. =(

Loved my stay

My first visit and I loved it. I enjoyed the drive from St. Louis to Branson. Check in was pleasant. Thankful for the young lady providing the address to my apt. If I did not have the address I would have gotten lost. The resort is huge. My apt was clean and comfortable. Loved the space and layout. I enjoyed a quiet, peaceful weekend. Will return soon! The view from my room was great too.

This stay will make you want to move to Missouri!

This place has something for everyone and the staff will help you all along the way. It was clean and comfortable. It is a large place but very private. The beds were comfortable and the surrounding area is beautiful.

One of the best I have seen.

This was one of the nicest Holiday Inn rooms I've seen. This place looks like a big apartment complex. I had a lot of room!

Holiday Inn Branson

We did not start of our stay the best. We were notified via text early that our room was ready for us. However, when we arrived we were told our room was in fact not ready. We arrived almost 3 hours after the initial text, traveling with young kids, you can imagine this was very frustrating, as everyone was ready to be out of the car after a 5 hour drive. However, we understand mistakes can happen & the front staff did apologize for the inconvenience. We were able to get into our room shortly after. The rest of our stay was great! The pool was quite chilly with the fan on inside. Our preschool/school age boys loved the arcade. We had plenty of space as a groups of 6 staying. The gentleman that took out the trash every morning went out of his way to greet/joke around with our boys every day of our stay. Aside from the arrival hiccup, we really did enjoy our stay & will be back!

Horrible, do not waste time or money

After a great prior stay, we chose this hotel for a 4 night stay. I requested the same building that we had previously, but it wasn't available - but the one next door was. Okay, fine. We get there after driving for 20 hours to find a room that was NOTHING like the prior room. No balcony, first floor with cars literally next to the bedroom window. There were also no bedside tables, and the showerhead only half worked due to lime buildup. After a night of near daylight in the bedroom - a product of safety lights and no drapes, and being woken up at 6am by what sounded like salsa lessons by the 19 person family above us, we decided to cut our stay short and checked out immediately. Caleb at the front desk was wonderful, refunded the remainder of the stay immediately. Rebooked across town and had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay in Branson

Enjoyed an overnight stay in Branson. The indoor pool/hot tub was great!
