Customer service
It was difficult to reach a human by phone. When I was able to reach someone to talk with, I kept being transferred because no one was able to help. The front desk did not always answer the phone and different information was given by different employees at the front desk.
No, I do not recommend this property.

Comfortable but there were flies iin our suite the whole time. We notified front desk, but then bought a fly strip.. It didn't work. Also, the refrigerator in Bldg 3-#813 had a terrible smell and never went away. Also, a recommendation would be a nicer full service restaurant on property. No access to the lake was a disappointment. However, the staff were all pleasant.

Nice Hotel, But Expect Timeshare Sales Pitch
The hotel and room were nice and in good shape. I was disappointed with the customer experience. I was forced to talk to a timeshare salesperson in order to get my hotel keys and parking pass. I told the timeshare salesperson no once, but she didn’t take that for an answer and I had to say no again. When I am on vacation, I am there to relax - not to be immediately and aggressively upselled to a product I do not want and never expressed an interest in.

Great family stay
My family stayed in 2bd villa (bldg 42), it had an elevator. Our unit was separated from main entrance, they had a security guard on duty as well. The villa was huge, dishwasher, stacked washer/dryer, all kitchen amenities that could be needed. The AC worked fantastic, had to turn it down a couple times. There were 2 balconies, with tables and chairs with tree views. The indoor pool was closed for renovations however the main outdoor pool is large and has lifeguard on duty. I will say noise level from unit above was a little loud mainly walking/running/dragging chairs, not voices.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Family vacation
This could be a great place if the people that were in charge recognized a mistake was made on IHG end and they took responsibility and made it right. They did not. This was a huge opportunity for great service and honoring their brand. As a Diamond Elite member it would have shown my years of loyalty were valued. They missed this opportunity by stating it was IHG corporate and their hands were tied.
No, I do not recommend this property.

Total fan! Loved it!
We absolutely loved this resort! We stayed in a two bed/bath villa with a kitchen and living room. The space was clean and the kitchen had all the essentials for breakfast and snacking. The grounds were family friendly with a playground, pool, and activity center. The location was also clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to gave groceries delivered to our villa. We will visit Branson again in the near future and this will be where we stay. Highly recommend!

Great Family Stay with Excellent Staff & Amenities
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Holiday Hills Resort in Branson. Overall, the resort was family-friendly, had plenty to do, and gave us a comfortable place to relax during our 6-day/5-night trip. The staff were especially helpful during our stay. Alisha, who was new at the front desk, welcomed us warmly and was very friendly to my daughter, which we appreciated. Jason assisted me a few different times and was always very helpful Laurie and Jacob were wonderful as well, and their customer service helped make the stay more enjoyable. There were also several things we really liked about the resort. The outdoor pool was great, and the lifeguard was wonderful. We also had breakfast at the golf resort, and the food was quite good We were able to do laundry for free while hanging out in the activity space, which was convenient and made things easier for our family. We also managed to fit in one workout, and the gym was ideal with many options. We did have a few concerns. The pullout couch was uncomfortable for my daughter, but Reed from maintenance was genuinely supportive and courteous, and he worked with us to find a possible solution. The elevator in Building 41 was a rough ride and made noises that made my family and me uncomfortable, so we took the stairs to the third floor. The most significant issue came on our last day, when my wife noticed what appeared to be rust or buildup between the toilet bowl and lid. It really disgusted her, and thankfully it happened toward the end of our stay. Housekeeping or maintenance definitely needs to address that. Even with those issues, we still appreciated the friendly staff, the amenities, and the overall experience. With a few improvements to room maintenance, this could be an even better family stay.

Had a great stay
We had a very good stay, at first it was a little confusing trying to figure out the location of our room but once we got that figured out everything went smoothly. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.
