Great location & Staff, units need updates
Staff was excellent. Master bath needs updating. Tub was cracking & entire bottom was bubbling & chipped. It was unusable. Staff offered for us to move, nut we were settled in. Couches & chairs were older & worn. The unit was a very nice layout. We very much like this facility, but unit needs work.

Wonderful place to stay!
Such a good surprise! The 4-room villa was so nice, comfortable and reasonably priced. We stayed the previous night at a $300 room (least expensive they had on a Thursday night) at Big Cedar just to experience their resort. It was awful! My husband called it a "sheep herder wagon" we were so disappointed in it. Finding your place made up for it! The people at your front desk were excellent - we stayed several nights because we loved it so much!

Beautiful place just bad experience
Was a very pretty place but we first got there and I went to go on the back deck and 10 red wasps swarmed me and 3 making it inside that I killed so I call front desk they said someone is coming well 20 min goes by I call again then a guy shows up and he is nervous as can be I can tell then he says he is very allergic. So I ask for the can to exterminate them myself.. and I do so then he gets me a full can to keep in my room which I had to use for 2 more later that day.. ok so I go on and then later that night I set the room up for my anniversary and the jacuzzi tub plug doesn't work at this point I'm over it and use a glass bowl and figure out how to keep water in the tub.

Great Choice
Very nice. Comfortable villa. Good parking. Friendly staff. In our area of the complex, we were in a quiet area and near a pool, pavilion and grills, surrounded by trees and nature. Very pretty. Loved it. Security on property makes for a safer environment and they were friendly. Wish we would have brought our golf clubs. Looked like a nice place to play.

Comfortable
Nice stay. We have stayed here a handful of times and it’s always clean. This time we experts problem with the AC but it was handled quickly. The main man came right over and checked on us as he said he would while the lines thawed. He charged it and we were set for the rest of the stay. Plenty of pillows. I slept good but the bed so kinda firm though. Lots of room to roam, seating inside and outside. We stayed in building 16. You can hear the people on the upper floors, we had Some kids and heavy walkers that woke us up. The grounds are nice and full of trees. I didn’t get to but one of us got to see a handful of deer grazing. A good location to shopping. We didn’t even get to/have to travel through the main strip of Branson. We could have but we didn’t. I recommend this place, you probably won’t be disappointed.

Stayed for my birthday weekend and have a great time and staff was great and grill in the green was great for breakfast. We will be back this spring
