Wonderful condo experience

Our family decided to celebrate our Christmas this year in Branson. I was fortunate to find Holiday Hills Branson Resort online as i looked for condos that didn't require a timeshare. It proved to be a great choice! I reserved 3 condos/villas that had 2 rooms each so each of our grown kids and their little ones could have their own space. We all loved the condos and their amenities. Also the location was great - away from the noise of the town but not far away from the festive downtown and strip. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The playground and pool were great for the kids. The staff was quick to respond to a couple needs we had. We definitely have plans to return to this location the next time we come to Branson assuming the price fits our budget again! (not sure what the price is during different times of the year.) A neat feature was that a staff member communicated with me not long after we arrived via text to see if we needed anything. Having a number to text when we had a question or issue was very convenient versus going to the registration center. Highly recommend Holiday Hills Branson Resort.

Bed was not comfortable and poor cleanliness

I don’t think the mattress has been changed in years and the room was not cleaned very well. There was a hardened waffle in the corner of the bedroom and the carpet was sticky

High pressure sales

Want to sell time shares and kept asking calling room. So sick of advertising to current customers

Great beds. Beautiful property

Enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was excellent and property was beautiful the lay out is beautiful and so many things to do. We will be back in March to stay again and can not wait to bring family with us on our next visit

Great location and quiet!

Overall great experience here. Great rooms and living area. A lot to do with the golf coarse as well. The bathrooms could be updated but we’re still in good overall condition.

Not up to IHG expectations

Chose this particular property for our week Christmas vacation with friends. So a 2 bedroom 2 bath. This was really a 1 bedroom 1 bath with living space and a 1 bedroom regular room adjacent. The lighting outside was so bright on the building that the bedroom stayed lit up! No black out shade or curtain. The toilet seat in the main bath almost fell off. But the worst was the horrible water pressure! Was literally a trickle! Had to fill a cup just to rinse my hair. Tried to fill the jacuzzi tub… ran out of hot water before it even reached the nozzles. And they try to sale time shares for this place… what a joke. Save your money and stay at a regular IHG property.

WAs peaceful and out of the way

The place was cleaned and well maintained. The bathrooms could use a bit of an update, I has been awhile since I have used the low round toilets. We enjoyed the extra bed and bathroom, We are getting a bit older and sometimes, one or the other will go to snoring.

Good value for money. Property is beautiful!

Beautiful property. We had trouble Building and wish there was a sign at the road. Nice check in staff. Good value for money. Bathrooms need to be renovated. Old jacuzzi tubs with showers look dated and jets not sanitary. Cabinets had been scraped to look old, but actually just makes it look very dated. Kitchen and living room were fine. Mattress had a sagging spot on one side.

Bed were very comfortable as normal, but the bathrooms needed attention

I have always enjoyed staying at any Holiday Inn resort. The beds are always very comfortable, but this time arriving at the room the bathroom needed much attention, but the issue was not taken care of. It should have been cleaned better.
