A great getaway

We were here in mid-July and we enjoyed so much we returned 1 month later. Why??? So many reasons. The room is very comfortable and everything was clean. The amenities are great and free. Such as putt putt. The pool is clean and not crowded. There are many things to do in the resort. We did daily walks that we enjoyed greatly. The customer service is great especially the workers in the bar and restaurant. Their positive attitude is great and take care of you with genuine interest. Thank you to Jorge, Nicole, Maya, and Omar.

Great family vacation spot

My kids love coming here, and it's a great way to spend school holidays.

Great for family

We had a great experience staying here with our toddler. We were able to do things that she liked as well as spend time together as a couple. We will definitely return!

Wonderful weekend in the Berkshires

Another great stay at the resort. My third visit since October. This is one of my go to vacation destinations. Love the villas. First time for some of my family to visit there. Looking forward to the renovations to be completed. Disappointing to no longer be recognized as a reward member.

Comfortable stay

I loved the feeling of the stay because it felt like being at home. My son really enjoyed the environment and want to return for a visit

Clean and well-appointed

The apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 baths with living area and galley kitchen) was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Others commented on the furnishings being dated, but they were in very good condition and the carpet was not visibly worn at all. Convenient to four other towns and plenty of events all around. The dining area and gaming room were old and just okay. The rest of the common features were nicely maintained, including the work-out room.

Great staff, great location, spotless!

The property is very well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Decorative “log cabin/ style furniture”. The condo was spotless… very comfortable!! Location is an excellent spot for visiting the Berkshires.

Bruce Thoughts

The accommodations that we had were dated and the stairs to the bedroom level were very steep and dangerous. Not handicapped accessible by any means. Good condo space so no cramped feeling, furniture was worn but comfortable.

Great stay w the family

Our family had a nice stay. We used the pool, played mini golf, and enjoyed the proximity to tanglewood. We would recommend this as a place to stay in the future.
