Bad Experience
Poor customer service and a failure to properly respond to complaints about my “stinky” room. Space was large but dated and uncomfortable.

Great accommodations
The rooms are very comfortable and nicely furnished. Comfortable beds! I want to send a special shout out to Gilbert at the front desk who worked very hard to find a two and three bedroom villas that were next door to each other. I needed to be close to my daughter's family as they were traveling with a special needs child and wanted to be close by when needed. The 3 bedroom villa had the perfect set-up to accommodate the traveling nurse we brought down. Thank you Gilbert!!! The housekeeping staff was also very accommodating and quickly responded to items that were missing in the kitchen that we needed. Over all a great stay! Appreciated security who told our neighbors who kept us up to 2 a.m. with very loud music two night in a row to stop! Thank you!

Our family has been to Orange Lake resort many times through the years and we always have such a good time. We love the variety of pools, the room options, in the food options! We love being able to cook in our room, do a load of laundry so we can pack a little lighter, and just enjoy time together as a family.

I like the beautiful resort and friendly staff. Location is very convenient. We live there closed to friend’s house. The two bedroom villa is spacious. The property is very big. I have a good morning run around the park like resort. Overall we have very good time.

Excellent stay!
The one thing that really stands out to me about our stay at Orange Lake was the cleanliness of the room(s). I am very particular about hotel cleanliness and you definitely knocked it out of the park!

Great visit
Our Stay was wonderful, food was amazing at Brezzy’s restaurant on site, our server “Kyle”“With the Galsses” great service and made our expierence that much better. Keep up the good work Kyle! Reccomend this property 100% hope to visit again.

Great family getaway
The villas at Orange Lake provided a great atmosphere for my family of four to enjoy a relaxing three-day getaway. The numerous pool locations and attractions kept us busy and the villas were situated in a quiet setting that allowed for much needed rest and relaxation.

Great IHG facility
Great Place to stay. I was in town for a convention and the location worked well. It would be 5 Stars, but getting a Receipt for my stay, is next to impossible. I have never stayed at an IHG location, where they have had this much difficulty getting a receipt. I know its sounds crazy, but my company likes to have receipts when they are reimbursing expenses.....

Great location not so great housekeeping
Great location, terrible housekeeping. Stayed here 4yrs ago my diamond ring was stolen by housekeeping after months of calling and contacting security nothing was done about it. Decided to try again based on location 4yrs later to have a no serviced bathroom that contained no soap, tissue and someone's cigarettes left behind. It took 4x of calling and going to front desk to get the situation handled. One very rude housekeeper actually tried to tell me I should wait in my room to direct her while i'm on vacation 2000miles from home. Notes were very direct of what was wrong in our room. Dryer broke on our last night there it took 4 calls and almost 3 hours to get someone to come repair. Sadly, one maintenance guy all night for the GIANT resort. However, disclosure of this makes a customer less agitated on the wait time instead excuse that he is on his way which he was not. Once he showed we were very thankful for the maintenance gentleman's kindness and honesty.

VERY DISAPPOINTED OWNER
Upon arrival we informed them we did our “tour” in December as Legacy owners, they still sent us over to the podium to have the girl try to sell us again. The girl then gave us a parking pass until March 3, 2026. We were checking out on January 12. Our key cards did not work. She never activated them we had to go back up to the front desk and have them activated. Our toilet in the main bathroom had no water. As owners we were put in the most worn out unit. Not that this survey is going to go anywhere , is that because we didn’t upgrade to points in December ?????
