Check-in staff have ruined it!!

Very comfortable rooms in a great location BUT be very careful when you book! The check in staff are awful and so is leadership. Whatever you ask for at booking is not honored at check in and zero accountability!! Will not stay again!!!

Welcoming and relaxing perfect getaway

My stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The resort is huge and has so much to offer. The pools were one of my favorite parts—clean, spacious, and great for both relaxing and having fun. The lazy river and water park area really made it feel like a true vacation spot. There were also plenty of activities to keep busy, from golf courses to entertainment for families. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with enough space to feel right at home. I especially liked having a full kitchen area, which made things convenient during the stay. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions or assist when needed. Another highlight was the location. It’s close to major attractions, shopping, and dining, which made it easy to explore the area while still enjoying the peaceful resort vibe. Overall, this resort delivers a perfect balance of relaxation and fun. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation spot, whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family. I’m already looking forward to going back!

Great family stay

Wonderful Place for the family.lazy river . Multiple pools . Gator shows . Activities for the kids . Close to stores and restaurants . Great for vacation near the parks .

Bad service/ Wrong Information and never got fix

Extremely poor service. Wrong info about Breakfast being included. Then was told by the front desk $30 per day credit is given to be used for food or activities. (I paid $80 difference so all 5 of us can have breakfast for 3 days stay) then will give me 30? So that was fraud! Then the credit is only for food so wrong info from front desk. Claims all pools are heated. I messaged the front desk. Then was rudely told that all pools are heated. We were literally at the pool for couple hours. NEVER got heated. The river island lazy river was but not west village pool. Got a call from some different manager from property resort. All he did was apologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience. Well i needed a refund bc like i said i paid so much to include the breakfast. I need compensation. Told me he will inform front desk manager. Never got a call from any front desk. They keep wanting me to go to the front desk and complain in person. Instead of trying to reach out. They keep text messaging but don't bother to give me a call about this problem. Ridiculous!!!

Holiday Inn Club Vacation Resoirt

The Holiday Inn Club Vacation exceeded my expectations. The propery is very secure and kid freindly with LOTs of activities. The have best Lazy River I have yet to experience. The overall cleiness and property upkeep is professonal. Everyone we interfaced with was very good.

Worst Experience

My daughter spent 4 hours on her first day trying to change rooms. The hotel was digusting. She sent me pictures, it was worn, dirty and the bed smelled like urine. Looked nothing like the website. The next day the resort was able to accomodate them into a villa, for an extra charge. I would give the villa 4 stars. One and half days was wasted with the front desk.

Family escape to Orange Lake

Beautiful resort with fantastic amenities. Check in was quick and shuttle service made getting to our room a breeze even at the late arrival hour. Meals at Breezes were excellent and the pool, arcade and other amenities were all in great shape. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly the entire stay. We will be back!

A spring break disappointment

For the price I expect to have a villa that did not smell like mildew in mold

Good family trip

Great resort for a family trip, we enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this resort. It has everything you need on-site and close to a bunch of restaurants if you decide to go offsite to eat as a family.
