Unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff was very disappointing. When we asked for recommendations about things to do in the area, places to visit, or even a map, the gentleman at reception was not helpful at all. He made very little effort to provide information or assist us with our questions. What made the experience more uncomfortable was his attitude. While we were asking genuine questions as guests unfamiliar with the area, he appeared to smile and exchange looks with his colleague about our questions. This came across as dismissive and made us feel that our questions were being laughed at rather than taken seriously. A hotel reception should be one of the main sources of assistance for guests, particularly those visiting the area for the first time. We were not expecting anything extraordinary—just basic information, a welcoming attitude, and some willingness to help. Unfortunately, we received none of that, and it left a very poor first impression.

Don’t be scammed!!!

Trying to book online, they had a promo on their actual website “if you book before 09-23 and you will get a 3rd night free!” It was not working on their website. I called the number listed on their own website. >>> 29 minutes later: <<< 1st lady: you have to book after the 23rd for this promo. She went on saying “it was a promo error!!” * No it says book before the 23rd. 2nd lady: allegedly the manager, Jane. She couldn’t understand why I was not given the promo as she can read English! She transferred me to the next person telling me I would get it! 3rd person/guy: tells me it is for another designated resort not the Orlando location. I said it is on your website! 4th person/guy: trying to sell me a timeshare. Was trying to get me to do a 2 hour presentation. I repeatedly told him no I can’t! Being an IGH member, we’ve never been at this resort as it was highly recommended, I am very good and I will take my business elsewhere.

Wonderful Stay

Well-organized rooms with a beautiful view, close to all the Disney World attractions. The service staff was excellent. I highly recommend the hotel.

Beautiful property

The room was nice. The cabana for the weekend I was there was decently priced. The pool was lovely and great customer service. I gave this a 4 because the property is too big for my liking. I would stay at another property but a smaller one. I did not like having to drive or wait for a shuttle just to get around the property. What really rubbed me wrong was the timeshare presentation with Angie. She was nice at 1st but when I politely declined she persisted on trying to sell after decling multiple times. She became rude with her tactic and kept me there for 2 hours. I had told her I had another engagement to be at and I had already done the 90 mins. Still took her time to check me out and I did not get my vacation voucher nor the 50.00 certificate promised to me after completing the presentation. I had to leave and was very late to my engagement. I will never stay at this location again and won't consider being an owner anytime soon just because of this experience.

Awesome pool complexes and very friendly staff!!

Close to Disney and downtown! Pools are awesome and the staff is very friendly! The food is also great at the pool complexes.

I stay at this villa at least three times a year

It’s the best villa in Orlando I come to this villa every year for three years can’t beat the price in the stay

Great Getaway for Families

First time here for a family Reunion. My cousin suggested since he is an owner for over 25 years. I LOVED this Resort with All the things to do it was Wonderful!! So with that bring said I did buy my Timeshare and definitely will be coming back. My Timeshare Tour associate Bebe was truly Amazing. This woman knows her information.

Over priced no value

This property does not advertise nor does IHG tell you that the hotel charges for every item you use on there property you can go to a theme park for a better price food is cold and bland

my birthday weekend

we had a blast! can’t wait to go back again. we had 9’ppl staying and it was enough room. pools are amazing.

Fairly good. Most things were good accept the refrigerator. I would stay again. The people were nice.
