Enjoyed the stay. Room was great. They should have had smart TV's. The shower heads also were not good in this particular room.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Overall pretty good
Great property with a lot to do. Room was very clean and spacious for a family trip. Amazing location as well. Our only major issue is the WiFi do the property was out basically out the whole time we were there. Which was a major downside.

After Thought
Checked in at about 10:00 a.m. and was told our unit was not ready, which is understandable because of how early it was. At approximately 4:00 p.m. I checked with the front desk about the status of our unit and was told it still was not ready. I was given a different unit and found it to be very outdated with many issues. Closet doors that were off the hinges, toilet in the master bath didn't flush properly and I had to plunge it numerous times. I felt the unit was a "left-over" and was not happy with the accommodations.

A little dated and is in need of a remodel.
Good central location but is in need of a remodel if you want to compete with other properties in the area.

Overall disappointing
A great concept resort idea with issues that need to be addressed. The villa we stayed in was not clean, had outlets that didn’t work, beds/sheets that weren’t clean or comfortable. Half of the staff were rude and didn’t want to help address the issues and the sales team members were rude and unprofessional. The Breeze restaurant was half empty but the hostess seemed lost on what she was doing and said it was going to be a 25 minute wait or more. When asked why, the response was “we are short staffed” how does a resort short staff when you know the number of guess on property? The beds were absolutely horrible to sleep on with sheets that had a musty/damp smell and feel to them. When brought up, was told “you can wash them with your in unit washer and dryer.” The only positives from this property were the proximity to Disney World, the pools, and miniature putt putt.

Beautiful grounds and scenery
My family and I stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival we checked in, my card was charged and I had to go through about 30 minutes of telling the representative NO to the timeshare before they would give me my keys. Please stop this practice. No means NO and we had been on the road for 8 hours. The property however, was absolutely beautiful. The 2 bdrm villa was perfect for our family of 5. I would definitely recommend this place for its convenience to all of the Disney parks.

Resort of Choice
This was my first time at the Orange Lake Resort. I was thoroughly impressed with the amenities, the location, the quality of the rooms and the value for the money. The grounds were well maintained and the cranes (birds) in the morning were beautiful. Everything you needed was no more than 5 minutes away and the pool and jet ski rentals were amazing. Definitely recommend for the next family vacation as there are tons of options to experience.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Terrible
I would never recommend this resort to anybody in fact I will probably go out of my way to tell people not to come here. We are in Orlando 5 to 6 times a year and wanted to try a new resort. The fact that you can’t even swim in the pool without having to pay $30 per kid just to keep them safe in the pool is insane! From the first night we got there we started experiencing exposure to mold symptoms and my entire family would get coughing and runny noses and headache headaches anytime we were in the room.. I looked up into the vents, and there is mold in them. You can’t use the phone that connects to the front desk because there’s no service to it, the fridge was banged up and dirty, the bed sheet felt like plastic and they were making my skin so itchy. Overall, we were so disappointed any amenity that they advertise as an additional $30 per kid! We traveled with 4 kids, we would’ve had a better experience paying for luxury by the time you pay for all the daily fees to do anything. The playground was free to use but closed 15 minutes after we got there…. Literally the worst hotel ever
No, I do not recommend this property.

Comfortable villa for my family of 10 people. No issues with our accommodations.
