Best resort

We love this place Clean Safe Friendly Very beautiful

Overall happy experience

I have been coming here since I was a child and I am 34 now, happy to be able to bring my kids here. ONLY thing I would say could improve is the quality of food. For the high prices, it should have been WAY better. The pizza place was good, but like the little bars by the pool, the one with the lazy river to be exact, was not good at all. Also towels. And washing powder, I feel if a guest has 5 people in their party, we should have 2 sets of towels for each guest, so that way we can wash one out and have another clean set. And also, the washing powder should be a little bit more accessible to guests. We spend a lot of money, we shouldn’t have to spend ANY money on boxes of wash powder for our entire stay. If we use the 3 boxes provided at check in, I should be able to call the front desk and get more. Other than that, the experience is very relaxing and enjoyable.

Vacation stay

Overall we had a decent stay this time at Orange Lake. We have stayed at the resort numerous times and this is the first time we had to call about room issues. I did not expect to have multiple issues with a renovated room, but we did. Hopefully our next stay is better.

Girls getaway

Overall the place is a great spot for everyone. We had the 3 bedroom villa and it was quiet and had a beautiful scenic view of the golf course. The pools were great! Didn’t like the fact that they charge you for a float to use lazy river. I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around property! Makes it a little more convenient. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would come again!

Only care about money

I was told that i needed to go on the tour for the timeshares i argued to go but i went out on the water for chain of lakes tour and got seriously sunburnt. Then I went to Disney and it just got worse. I called to tell them I was seriously sick and had a severe sun burn. They didn't care they just told me that if I didn't come to the tour they would still take money. So I was so sick sitting while they tried to get me to buy something i wasn't interested in. They also told me that we would get 300 dollars for taking the tour. I only got 80 dollars. They only care about making as much money as they can. If they cared they would have not told me they would take my money if I didn't show up.

Vacation at Orange Lake Resort

This is always a great place for a family vacation. Beautiful grounds and lots of amenities.

Ok but not great.

This was a large compound entity. So large in fact that we were only able to take advantage of maybe 10%. We attempted to play some footgolf but could not find any information or where this happens as there is 3 golf courses on property. Nor could we find prices for the event. There was also a 'TopGolf'-esque driving range, but again no one could point us to how to get into that space, nor how much it cost. Stayed a week and were not allowed an intertube for the lazy river, that was extra. Golf, extra. Upon checking in, the receptionist had a terrible attitude and did not provide any information for activities amenities or anything. This was a family trip and others were given a lot more information and interacted with a friendly individual. Other parties were given welcome gifts and information and wrist bands for the rooms.

August Vacation

Went to Orange Lake on a vacation with our family and another. 4 adults and 4 children (17, 16, 14 and 13). We had a great experience overall, no complaints at all. The rooms were spacious and clean, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and the pools were very nice. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property with much to do for families.

This property has been around for a long time and it was nice to finally get to enjoy it. The property is undergoing renovations at the time of our stay, but our unit was not renovated. Some staff are friendly, some more unpleasant. The grounds were beautiful and it was nice to enjoy one of the many pools they have. You do have to pay extra for the tubes though. There are many restaurants on site and many more off site in the area. I would definitely recommend having your own transportation as the resort is very large and guests waiting for HI transportation seem to wait a while.

We always have a wonderful stay at Orange Lake. The resort the pools the villas are phenomenal.
