Exceptional Hospitality, A Place We Call Home

We cannot say enough incredible things about Orange Lake Resort! We have now stayed here four times in the past couple of months, and every single visit has been amazing. The reason we keep coming back is simple: the outstanding customer service, the genuine hospitality, and the way the entire team makes us feel every time we walk through those doors. Orange Lake has truly become our second home, and everyone there feels like family. Our most recent visit was extra special because we were celebrating our 3rd anniversary. When we arrived, Carlton checked us in, and we were absolutely thrilled to discover that he had upgraded us to a beautiful two-bedroom villa in the East Village! This is our absolute favorite village, conveniently located near River Island, so the upgrade was already such a wonderful surprise. To make it even better, our room was ready as soon as we arrived. That was such a treat and made the start of our trip feel effortless. Carlton also took the time to wish us both a happy anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch. When we walked into our villa, we were blown away by how beautiful it was. We quickly changed and headed out to grab something to eat, and when we returned, we noticed a gorgeous gift box waiting on the kitchen island. Carlton had arranged for a bottle of wine to be delivered to our room to make our anniversary even more special. We were genuinely touched. It was such a thoughtful, personal gesture, and it perfectly captures what makes Orange Lake so extraordinary. It is not just one person or one experience that makes this resort so special. It is the entire team. Every single person we have interacted with has been welcoming, kind, attentive, and genuinely happy to see us. The hospitality here is unlike anything we have experienced elsewhere. You never feel like just another guest. You feel remembered, appreciated, and cared for. That is something truly special, and it is why we keep coming back. We have told so many people about Orange Lake Resort and have recommended it to countless friends and family members. We will continue to do so, because this is the only resort we want to stay at. The way you consistently go above and beyond, make every visit memorable, and treat us like family sets you apart from any other resort or brand. Thank you, Carlton, for making our anniversary visit so memorable and for going out of your way to make us feel special. And thank you to the entire Orange Lake team for everything you do, every single day, to make this resort feel like home. We are already looking forward to coming back and will be booking our next trip for March! After four wonderful stays in the last 10 months, we cannot imagine staying anywhere else. Orange Lake Resort is more than a vacation destination to us. It is our happy place, our second home, and a place where we know we will always be welcomed like family. Wrecked rental

We stayed at the resort for our vacation for the week. Our rental vehicle was hit by one of their employees while sitting empty. We ended up missing our plane the next day. Had to spend money at the resort for the two days were stuck there with no vehicle which is very expensive. I racked up uber fees trying to get another vehicle to get around and get to the airport. I was told by two of their managers that I would be reimbursed of all the fees that I incurred because of their employee. I have sent my receipts that I have so far to get reimbursed and have not heard anything back. This has become a very stressful situation that I have been put in my your resort.

Amazing stay

My large family had an amazing time and plenty of space. The property is huge and didn’t even get to see it all during our stay can’t wait to return

Well maintained property!

I was extremely pleased with how friendly the staff were and how clean and well‑kept the hotel was throughout my stay. I would gladly choose this hotel again when I come back to Disney Orlando.

Beautiful grounds and pools.

Did not have the room we requested. Staff took off $100, fair I guess. Stone and Current was on par with Outback. Did like the drink options while on the Lazy River.

Rooms are outdated no daylight in the room Noise from construction If the update the room hotel will be nice Very expensive food

Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Our 2bedroom villa was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The pool areas were amazing and the kids loved every bit of our vacation as did my husband and I.

Orange Lake Resort Review

Had a great experience with the first customer service desk. Very friendly staff who were all very welcoming and accommodating. But the sales desk team was very pushy and rude because we weren’t interested in the sales tour. It was 11:00pm and we only wanted to go to sleep, not buy a timeshare. All other customer service team members were great. We have stayed at this location a couple of times and have had good experiences. This trip would have been great too but we will not stay here again because of our interaction with the sales team.

Great resort that has it all

The staff at Orange Lake is outstanding, from the moment I checked in through the end they were fantastic. This resort has it all.
