We really enjoyed the property,

We truly enjoyed the property, we felt a few of the employees were a little rude. However, for the most part they were friendly we felt the tubes for the lazy river was a bit too high. We do feel that people should be charged for them just not that much but a few issues with a room there was either let them come in and fix it while we were there or just live with it, lol we just lived with it which we found that to be a little weird.

Awful Experience

Victor at the front desk was quite rude at check in, when I called the day prior they promised a late check out of 2pm and we also discussed the room I was staying in etc. I spoke to someone three times that day (prior to check in day). Upon check in I was never given any instructions on pool towels, etc. So when we checked in and went to the pool we had no towels and the guy at the pool said they were out towels and we had to bring our own from the room. So myself, my husband and my daughter (5) were stranded wet at the pool. What a joke. Then that evening the room was blazing hot with no fan, we called the next day asking for a fan with no luck, they don't have fans on property. Then the coffee maker didn't work. Then when I called to ask about the late check out they said they latest we had was 11 because owners were checking into my unit and I asked to switch rooms since I requested a late check out of 2pm and they couldn't accommodate that either. The room was nice but the service/communication was an absolute joke and I have no doubt we will not be coming back. Completely waste of a weekend for my daughters birthday. Not to mention how rude Victor was at the front desk. Ridiculous.

Beautiful resort, perfect villa for a weeks stay but next time i would request not being all the way in the back in reference to pool locations. Shuttles at times were hard to find. More information given at check in regarding the costs for most activities offered. Also my adult child purchased fun pass and wasnt informed that she couldnt use it with peircings! Also on check out morning before check out time house keeping was knocking on our door .Overall we enjoyed staying at orange Lake dispite my opinion on some “dislikes”

Great for families

From check in to check out you are welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The check in process is so smooth, took maybe all of 10 min. The golf cart rentals are great to get around the resort without having to load kids in and out of a vehicle. Rooms were very clean with lots of room for the whole family. I love that they offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash- less I had to pack. All pool areas are well maintained and the kids loved the slides.

Great stay

Our stay was great overall, and we really enjoyed the comfort of the space. My only suggestions would be to include a pan and basic cooking utensils, as none were available during our visit. The unit is a bit dated, but aside from that, it was a pleasant and enjoyable place to stay.

Great resort! Very big, clean, and comfortable!

Very comfortable place with parking right in front. Room was very spacious and comfortable. A/C worked perfectly. Anything we needed additional to what was in the room, the front desk made sure we received it and it came very fast. The pools are excellent! The entire resort was very clean and family friendly.

Great Stay

Overall, this was a great stay, great atmosphere, clean, comfortable and was a great value. The food places we ate at were fantastic and priced fairly. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back and staying a little longer. I appreciate the fact that you don't charge a room stay then add parking or anything else to the total.

Great Stay!

This is a great resort to stay at. The staff was friendly and the amenities what we were looking for. We ordered pizza from the pizzeria on site. The delivery was fast and the food delicious! The river pool was such a surprise and so much fun. The kiddos enjoyed every minute of it and begged to go back.

Unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff was very disappointing. When we asked for recommendations about things to do in the area, places to visit, or even a map, the gentleman at reception was not helpful at all. He made very little effort to provide information or assist us with our questions. What made the experience more uncomfortable was his attitude. While we were asking genuine questions as guests unfamiliar with the area, he appeared to smile and exchange looks with his colleague about our questions. This came across as dismissive and made us feel that our questions were being laughed at rather than taken seriously. A hotel reception should be one of the main sources of assistance for guests, particularly those visiting the area for the first time. We were not expecting anything extraordinary—just basic information, a welcoming attitude, and some willingness to help. Unfortunately, we received none of that, and it left a very poor first impression.

Wonderful Stay

Well-organized rooms with a beautiful view, close to all the Disney World attractions. The service staff was excellent. I highly recommend the hotel.
