beautiful, relaxing enjoyable resort

it is both a relaxing and fun place. in the villas we felt a quiet relaxing comfort yet was also able to use the pools, arcades and enjoy karaoke.

Beautiful resort! You really don’t have to leave once you get there. Staff was great even with the minor issues that we encountered. We will definitely be back

Wonderful property.Great Room. Bed was so so.

The check in process was fast because of my membership status. The staff was friendly. The room was amazing. The only downside was the bed in the master bedroom was worn down. Not what I would expect for the price point.

Terrible experience

I stay at the location many times and had a great time , yet this time when I came with my family , after I requested a late check out and was granted one , they came IN our room at 9 am, then we told them we have a late check out , then they came back inside at 10 while I was in bed undressed with my wife and called upfront to complain and then they came back again at 1030 and came back at 11am! Despite calling to complain and reaching out to Mangament I had no one contacting me and I would like to request a refund for the trip it was a miserable time

Great place, but check in and out times are awful.

This is a great place to stay, but like I said the check in and out times are awful. They should change the times so that customers can stay longer in their rooms.

Honeymoon Sept 2017

Excellent vacation spot we had a great 10 days there. Loved the food and the onsite Starbucks. Rented a seadoo that was a lot of fun. The arcade was quite good and it was close to disney/universal

Great stay. Attentive staff. Resort is located near so many things to see and do from shopping, minigolf, theme parks, eatery, nightlife! Lots to do on the resort as well

Great Resort

3rd time staying here and still love this resort. They even changed my villa that was reserved for me and put me in a villa location that I preferred. Will be back in a few months.

Family vacation to WDW; stayed at Orange Lake Resort. Accommodations and staff were great. We received a discounted rate to listen to the pitch for Holiday Inn Vacation Club which was very informative. We did not purchase, but do plan to continue using IHG resorts and hotels for our travel needs.
