Great service.

First of all the service is fabulous. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Housekeeping service is on top of issues. Needed a blanket and had a fresh still warm one within 10 minutes. Dryer not working and someone was sent immediately. Great job there. Condo and resort were very clean. Kitchen was adequately stocked, but we didn't really cook much, so difficult to access. Furniture was all in good condition and comfortable. I would not purchase the family fun package again as we didn't use it enough to warrant the extra cost. All in all we were pleased with our stay except for that part.

A nice resort near Disney I would recommend.

The resort was nice and clean along with the pools. We stayed in a 3 bedroom in the East Village which was very roomy for 2 grandparents, daughter-son in law, and 2 granddaughters. The room was clean and ready when we arrived which made it nice. We determined we will return to this resort and would recommend it to our friends.

Gret stay!!

I have stayed at Orange Lake with family over the years and I can say it just gets better. Enough activities on the resort for anybody and everyone. This is a must stay resort while in Kissimmee. It's close proximity to Disney World is an added bonus.

Amazing Resort

I loved everything about this resort. The rooms are wonderful in size and cleanliness. My family enjoyed the lazy river for days on end.

Good Bed No Sleep

Bed was great but noise from neighbors was terrible, People above us was jumping, running, banging all hours and couldn't sit out on porch due to foul language and yelling. Villa had dirty carpet, very dirty and dishwasher was broken. Supplies were hard to get and not timely

Recommendations for wonderful stay

Pay full price and skip the time-share sales pitch. Unplug the phones in the room. Do not buy the add-on for breakfast. Ask for a quiet room. Bring your own ice. Bring your own bible. Put a pillow under the saggy spot in the mattress. Verify your final bill at check-out. Then everything is perfect, at least at the non-busy time of year we went.

Great Resort for a Disney Vacation

Orange Lake Resort is a solid value for a Disney vacation. We had a very spacious, clean 2 bedroom villa that was perfect for two young children. There is a wide variety of amenities including four heated pools, playground, arcade and several restaurants. My only concern was the solicitation for a timeshare. When we first checked in, we were warmly greeted only to be directed to a separate desk to "validate parking." This had nothing to do with parking but rather a 15 monologue about purchasing a time share and trying to get us to schedule a tour. There were also constant voicemails left about time shares on our hotel phone. Overall, a wonderful trip and I would definitely return to Orange Lake.

Villa I stayed in was very nice

I did not use any of the restaurants, water attractions, etc. All I did was use the villa, which was very nicely decorated.
