Cool spot in a hot summer city

Very affordable clean and able to accommodate a family of 7 with BEAUTIFUL VILLAS!!! Loved our stay & would definitely recommend.

Comfortable

I was for the most part very satisfied and me. My significant other and kids will come back and enjoy ur hotel. I like the fact that ur have an adult pool just for couples it was very quiet and relaxing for all of us.

Great accomodations

Wonderful stay at the resort. Comfortable rooms and beds, very nice pool area, and convenient market. Only complaint was an East-facing window with a useless blind that woke us up every morning at 6am sunrise. I had to cover it up with my own blanket so I could sleep past at least 7am.

Comfortable bed and kid pool area

I loved are stay only there I didn’t care for was the trash that was left by the guests at the trash cans they should probably be picked up by staff more frequently so there not a lot of trash outside. There should also be more tables and chairs for guests that don’t want to use the lay out chairs by the pool it’s just easier for kids by the kid pool.

Great for travel

Rooms were nice and spacious. Plenty of room to work and relax.

Spacious rooms

The rooms were great clean and big especially for the price. The pool area was great for my kids but a sun shade over the kid area would be nice. It did take the cleaning crew all day to collect trash, and the kitchen can was super small so filled up fast.

Best sleep

The bed and pillows were excellent quality. Casita was incredibly clean and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Rec room was great for the kids with plenty to do. I also was bow to pick up 2 books from the mini library offered.

Great place for families

This is our third stay with them and we love it! The rooms are big and clean. The beds are very comfortable. There’s is everything you need to make meals. The pools are great with fun slides. Staff is very nice. Easy check in, a relaxing stay and a 10/10 experience!

Spontaneous Getaway

This was a last minute trip to kill several tasks with one stone. It was pleasant stay and yes it was crowded due to a holiday weekend but we took it all in stride and just coasted with the flow. Lots of positive feedback has already been posted so I'll list the few cons here as well: 1. More umbrellas for shade in the water slide pool area. 2. Cooling misters in the outside patio areas by the restaurants and more umbrellas in theses areas too. 3. Upgraded/expanded parking lots with larger vehicle spacing. 4. Longer restaurant hours. Suggest closing at 10 p.m. 5. Allow use of the indoor portion of the restaurant seating for breakfast dining. Getting our meals in to-go containers is NOT what I have experienced at other resorts.
