Spacious rooms

The rooms were great clean and big especially for the price. The pool area was great for my kids but a sun shade over the kid area would be nice. It did take the cleaning crew all day to collect trash, and the kitchen can was super small so filled up fast.

Best sleep

The bed and pillows were excellent quality. Casita was incredibly clean and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Rec room was great for the kids with plenty to do. I also was bow to pick up 2 books from the mini library offered.

Great place for families

This is our third stay with them and we love it! The rooms are big and clean. The beds are very comfortable. There’s is everything you need to make meals. The pools are great with fun slides. Staff is very nice. Easy check in, a relaxing stay and a 10/10 experience!

Spontaneous Getaway

This was a last minute trip to kill several tasks with one stone. It was pleasant stay and yes it was crowded due to a holiday weekend but we took it all in stride and just coasted with the flow. Lots of positive feedback has already been posted so I'll list the few cons here as well: 1. More umbrellas for shade in the water slide pool area. 2. Cooling misters in the outside patio areas by the restaurants and more umbrellas in theses areas too. 3. Upgraded/expanded parking lots with larger vehicle spacing. 4. Longer restaurant hours. Suggest closing at 10 p.m. 5. Allow use of the indoor portion of the restaurant seating for breakfast dining. Getting our meals in to-go containers is NOT what I have experienced at other resorts.

Comfort

Would highly recommend. Location was great. Everything was at close proximity.

Nice place with good sice kitchen and appliances.

Which it was a little closer to thing to do. But it was a good place if you are just trying to stay pool side and cook in the hotel.

Great suits

The suits are like a home a way from home. They make it easy to be on vacation and have the luxuries from home as well with the separate rooms, living, dining and full kitchen.

Hot pools and broken promises

The pools are hot and they never keep their promises. We came for a stay and asked for some simple requests. More towels, clean sheets, and to borrow a vacuum so the baby can have a clean floor to crawl on. They promised. Never kept them. We went down ourselves and got the sheets, found towels at the pool, and never got the vacuum. Called every day for one, kept being told that one would be brought to us. And it never was. Very disappointing. We won’t be back. But I wish you all the best of luck if you have older kids and don’t need to clean the floor. Or if sweeping is enough for you. :)

Wonderful place to stay

This property was great. Rates are about average, rooms are big and nice, staff is wonderful. With all the pools they offer you find a place to relax and enjoy yourself to the fullest. Staff will take care of you with a smile. Recommended!

Wonderful stay!

This hotel has amazing facilities, the pools were clean and the lifeguards helped maintain safety and cleanliness. The upgraded rooms are wonderful, the beds were amazingly comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for families.
