Bed was comfy

I loved it awesome view of the mountains and the workers were awesome as well very helpful they brought us extra stuff I felt like we were at home with service. kitchen kitchen was nice this dish washer worked good

Summer Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay! Had a great time at the pools. My son enjoyed the waterslides and splash pad. Employees were friendly and had great customer service. We had breakfast and it was delicious. The beautiful and comfortable rooms definitely helped us unwind and relax at the end of the day! I have recommended it to many friends for their next stay in Scottsdale.

Great room amenities

We appreciated the room amenities and supplies provided. Very easy stay. Sofa bed not very comfortable next time we will get a 2 bedroom.

Absolutely love this hotel. Went on a family vacation, hands down the best!

Love the swimming amenities

We arrived late and check in was convenient and quick. Finding our room was easy. Explanation of amenities and location was good. Extra sticking of supplies helped our stay. Swimming area was clean and restful.

STINKY ROOMS

While the property is fantastic for families with young children, the rooms need some serious attention. The washing machine had mold in it and smelled awful. The dishwasher and disposal were stinky and gross. We called the front desk and they came out with a bottle of febreze. They sprayed the curtains, pillows and sofas. That did nothing to fix the issue.

Didn’t recognize me as a diamond member.

Very disappointed as I always go to IHG for stays, and was treated very rude and not recognized as a diamond member.

Spacious & Clean. Great Staff.

Very spacious apartments. Very clean. Property has much to offer. Three swimming pools and kids will love the game room. Staff was welcoming and responsive to requests. Washer and dryer in the apartment was a huge plus.

Exceptional room and family friendly amenities.

This is one of my most favorite hotels to stay at in the Scottsdale area. It's great for the family. My girls always love coming here. The room is spacious, cozy, and modern. Everything you need is available. A home away from home.

Very nice hotel. Has amenities for children and have multiple pools. All is very clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Conveniently located.
