Great Family Vacation Destination
My family and I had a great vacation. This is our second stay and we enjoyed everything.

Poor Security
Not returning to this place, we were actually told the property was on the beach when we booked. Website says direct beach access, yes once you walk to or take the shuttle to the very small pool and lounge area that is not monitored. Sign says key card needed for access which was not true. During the four days there was at least three instances where locals used it to access the beach. So yeah open for anyone. Also parking lot across the street is also not monitored.

Great Service & Stay
We had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn South Beach Resort. While it was only one night, it was quite memorable. Being able to enjoy the resort even after check out was a major bonus! We had about 6 hours between check out & our flight time home to find a way to entertain a 4 year old. Thankfully the resort had plenty of options. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend

Property and Location are the best
We are on our second stay at this location. We absolutely love it will stay again. Feels like home for the week. Love the amenities and how close everything is. Walking distance to many things. The staff is wonderful we were treated like family but better.

Very disappointing
We booked our vacation through IHG, we were very misinformed, we were told we would have a 2 bedroom beachfront villa. We were blocks away from the beach. The photos which are posted online are not this hotel, it is there newest resort which is beachfront!! False advertising, very unprofessional, and none seemed to really care about the errors which were made with our reservation.

\A Diamond in the sand at Myrtle Beach
I found a diamond in the sand at Myrtle beach. The diamond was the Holiday Inn Resort at Myrtle Beach. The staff was outstanding as was the room. To say the place was beautiful would be an understatement. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the staff most helpful and assisting. Try it, you are gonna love it! If I did not think you would love it I would not recommend it to you--I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Sleepless Night
There a a noise in the room, the staff couldn't fix the problem, I had a sleepless night. This was the worse night ever in a hotel room.

Great value, comfortable and fun.
We found Great value in this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed swimming at the different pools and playing in the water park and splash pad as well as on the on-site playground. The facility was safe with convenient parking. We were able to use the shuttle to get to the beach access across the street on one occasion and on other occasions it was a short simple walk from the room.
