Big rooms is only positive
Room and pool area cleanliness could be better. Do not do the timeshare presentation even if gift is offered. It will go well past the 2 hours promised and then sales team will blame you. It will ruin the whole day of sales presentation. Shuttle is nice feature to beach. Location is far from main strip and boardwalk definitely not walking distance so be prepared to drive or take a cab if rides or a boardwalk is an interest.

Great hotel and location ! Highly recommend to all families. Lots of amenities and super close to the beach and attractions. Pool is super clean and food is super tasty . And customer service is top notch .

I was looking for a place that provided activities for the age range of my grandchildren ages 27, 15, & 2. This place was perfect providing something everyone could enjoy. I loved the shuttle service. Never had to wait long for service. And the rooms ( kitchen & bathrooms) were very clean!

Beautiful resort
Beautiful grounds. Rooms were very nice. And quiet, making for a good night’s sleep. Friendly staff. Great location. Minutes from the airport. Plenty of pools to where it never seemed crowded even with full capacity. Shuttle ride to the beach across from the resort was convenient. Only con would be not enough umbrellas at the pools for shade. But we will return!

Not returning to this place, we were actually told the property was on the beach when we booked. Website says direct beach access, yes once you walk to or take the shuttle to the very small pool and lounge area that is not monitored. Sign says key card needed for access which was not true. During the four days there was at least three instances where locals used it to access the beach. So yeah open for anyone. Also parking lot across the street is also not monitored.

Great Service & Stay
We had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn South Beach Resort. While it was only one night, it was quite memorable. Being able to enjoy the resort even after check out was a major bonus! We had about 6 hours between check out & our flight time home to find a way to entertain a 4 year old. Thankfully the resort had plenty of options. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend
