Yee-haw! Get ready for two days of rip-roarin’ rodeo fun with this Wild West-themed event. Guests will be amazed by the stunts, music, and magic of Dolly Parton’s Stampede® Dinner Attraction. Prepare to be amazed by the aerial aerobics and incredible equestrian performances. While you witness this unforgettable spectacle, you’ll jam to a classic country soundtrack and dine on a delectable, four-course feast full of traditional Southern favorites.
And that’s just the beginning! You’ll also embark on a thrilling golf cart expedition through the Lost Canyon and Nature Trail at Top of the Rock where you’ll take in the breathtaking natural landscape which includes rock formations and sparkling waterfalls. You’ll come face-to-face with prehistoric creatures at the Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum, and you’ll be mesmerized by the exhibits showcasing the American West, Civil War history, and beautiful Native American artifacts. This All-American adventure will conclude with a delicious, private lunch overlooking the stunning Table Rock Lake.

Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2023 – Resort Check-in
- Resort check-in starts at 4pm, but please stop by the lobby between 3-5pm to meet your event host and pick up your final itinerary.
Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2023 – Welcome party
- 4p.m.–7:30 p.m. Members will enjoy a delicious, four-course Southern feast while witnessing the rodeo magic and aerial stunts of Dolly Parton’s Stampede®.
Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023 – Experience Day
- 9:30 a.m.–3 p.m. Members will delight in a golf cart tour through the stunning natural landscape of the Lost Canyon and come face-to-face with the rich history of America from prehistoric creatures to Native American culture to the Wild West and beyond at the Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum.
Friday, Nov. 3, 2023 or Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023 – [Optional] One-hour personalized owner update at pre-selected date and time. Members will receive a catered boxed meal prior to their owner update.
Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023 – Event check-out date (but you’re welcome to stay longer!)
Participants in the VIP Experience have the option of signing a photo/video release form.
