We’ve got your ticket for an exclusive event full of private tours, astronaut encounters and brand-new exhibits at our out-of-this-world VIP Experience at Kennedy Space Center℠ Visitor Complex. You will enjoy a guided tour of Gateway™: The Deep Space Launch Complex exhibit, the newest attraction that opened in spring 2022. Here, you’ll get close to actual spacecraft and discover current innovations before you launch into a stellar outer space adventure, all while guided by a retired astronaut. Afterwards, you will be experience after-hours VIP access to Kennedy Space Center℠ Visitor Complex’s Space Shuttle Atlantis® with astronaut-led tour.
You’ll then walk to the Heroes and Legends exhibit featuring the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame® for a private dinner reception during which you’ll have some time to chat with our astronaut guide over cocktails before enjoying a mouthwatering dinner, full premium bar and opportunities to explore the interactive exhibits.
Transportation will be provided to and from Orange Lake Resort and our experience. Please note some walking will be involved with this event (10 on a scale of 1–10*), which may include stairs.

Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024 – Check-In & Welcome Party
- 3:00-5:00 p.m. Meet your event host in the main lobby and pick up final itinerary
- 4:00 p.m. Resort Check-in Starts
- 6:30 p.m. Members meet in the lobby
- 6:45 p.m. Transportation departs for Charley’s Steakhouse
- 7:00–9:00 p.m. Welcome Party with dinner and an open bar at Charley’s Steakhouse
Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 – Kennedy Space Center℠ Visitor Complex
- 2:15–9:00 p.m. Enjoy VIP access to Kennedy Space Center℠ Visitor Complex with astronaut-led tours of Space Shuttle Atlantis® and Gateway™: The Deep Space Launch Complex exhibits.
- 7:30 p.m. Dinner in the Heroes and Legends exhibit featuring the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame®
Thursday, April 25th, 2024 – [Optional] One-hour personalized owner update at pre-selected date and time. Members will receive a catered boxed meal prior to their owner update.
Friday, April 26th, 2024 – Event check-out date (but you’re welcome to stay longer!)
Participants in the VIP Experience have the option of signing a photo/video release form.
