Get ready to rev your engines for the ultimate NASCAR experience! We’re putting you in the heart of the action with a close-up view of the red carpet and an exclusive driver Q&A and meet’n’greet. You even get to sign your name on the finish line. And what’s more VIP than an INSIDE view of the garage as the crew works plus scanners to listen to the team during the race? When you’re finally ready to cool off the whole family can head to O’Reilly’s® Auto Parts Pre-Race Party for some delicious food, the NASCAR Kids Zone and the Esports Gamer Garage for racing simulators.
Transportation will be provided to and from Scottsdale Resort and our experience. Please note some walking will be involved with this event (10 on a scale of 1-10*), which may include stairs.

Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023 – Check-In & Welcome Cocktail Party
- Check-In starts at 4 p.m., but please stop by the lobby between 3–5 p.m. to meet your event host and pick up your final itinerary.
- 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. – Members can join us for a Welcome Cocktail Party.
Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023 – NASCAR Cup Championship Day
- 7:45 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. Members will head to the NASCAR Cup Championship and partake in an O’Reilly’s® Infield Kick-off party before the race, a closeup of the riders red carpet as well as a Q&A session and meet-and-greet in the Busch Light Lounge.
- 8:30 p.m. Members will return to the resort.
Monday, Nov. 6, 2023 – [Optional] One-hour personalized owner update at pre-selected date and time. Members will receive a catered boxed meal prior to their owner update.
- 7 p.m. – Members-only farewell gathering at the resort.
Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023 – [Optional] One-hour personalized owner update at pre-selected date and time. Members will receive a catered boxed meal prior to their owner update.

Participants in the VIP Experience have the option of signing a photo/video release form.
