Join us for a sampling of this Tennessee mountain town known for pancake houses, distilleries, amazing views and more. On your first night, you’ll take a short walk over to a local restaurant for a Welcome Party featuring a three-course dinner and an open bar.
Members will spend their day exploring the streets of Gatlinburg along with a private lunch at Loco Burro, a favorite spot for Mexican Cuisine where we will dine on the private rooftop with gorgeous mountain views. After lunch, you’ll be led to Sugarlands Distillery for a VIP tasting experience, an exclusive backstage tour of the distillery and of course, a little moonshine history. You’ll also have exclusive access to their outside patio bar with live music following the tasting and tour. And after all this, you’ll have free time to enjoy all that Gatlinburg has to offer, from the Space Needle and SkyLift Park to unique museums, charming shops and more.
Given the proximity of Smoky Mountain Resort to our planned venues, walking will be involved with this event (6 on a scale of 1–10*), which may include stairs.

Monday, May 20, 2024 – Check-In & Welcome Party
- Check-In starts at 4 p.m., but please stop by the lobby between 3 p.m.-5 p.m. to meet your event host and pick up your final itinerary
- 6:30–9 p.m. Welcome Party with dinner and open bar at local restaurant
Tuesday May 21, 2024 – Taste of Gatlinburg Experience
- 11:30 a.m.–4 p.m. Enjoy a day filled with food and moonshine! Members will have a VIP lunch and private tasting experience and backstage tour
- 4 p.m. Members to enjoy free time on their own through the streets of Gatlinburg
Wednesday May 22 or Thursday, May 23, 2024 – [Optional] One-hour personalized owner update at pre-selected date and time. Members will receive a catered boxed meal prior to their owner update.

Participants in the VIP Experience have the option of signing a photo/video release form.
