Explore the delicioso flavors of Spain and become a master chef at this top-of-the-line cooking class! But first, this event will be kicked off with a Welcome Party where you’ll enjoy dinner and an open bar at Charley’s Steakhouse, a local hot spot for delicious dinner and drinks!
A culinary expert will teach you to prepare tapas, which are small, delicious tasting plates native to Spain. But to the Spanish, they’re more than a meal–they’re a way of life. This special event will introduce you to a new culture, new traditions, and a whole new cooking method you can bring back home and recreate again and again. Plus, University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management was named the #1 college in America for research and hospitality by the 2022 ShanghaiRankings’ survey, so you can be sure you’ll receive only the highest quality instruction.

Itinerary
Tuesday, June 13, 2023 – Welcome
- Check-In starts at 4 p.m., but please stop by the lobby between 3–5 p.m. to meet your event host and pick up your final itinerary.
- 6:30–9:30 p.m. Members will mingle with other members while enjoying a delicious meal at Charley’s steakhouse, an open bar, and a vibrant dinner party to get the event started
Wednesday, June 14, 2023 – Experience Day
- 3:45–9 p.m. Members will visit the world-renowned Rosen College of Hospitality Management for a culturally enriching cooking lesson and lively cocktail party and learn to make delicious tapas.
Thursday, June 15, 2023 – [Optional] One-hour personalized owner update at pre-selected date and time. Members will receive a catered boxed meal prior to their owner update.
Friday, June 16, 2023 – Event check-out date (but you’re welcome to stay longer).
Participants in the VIP Experience have the option of signing a photo/video release form.
