Great Set-up
Stayed in the 2 bedroom Villa with my family of 6. Felt like it was a fun experience. The boys loved the pool, lazy river, and slide. One of the HIGHLIGHTS was watching and hearing the Disney Cruise Boat go by. If I was going to cruise... definitely would be the place to stay before or after.

Fabulous location, beach resort
Pool at this resort is beautiful and large. Great water slide. Large Jacuzzi. Food at tiki bar and hotel is quite good.

Beach vacation
The resort is very well taken care of and everything I was hoping for in a vacation resort. I stayed in the oceanfront villas only to find out a check and there is no maid service. With a family of four with linens needing to change daily was very uncomfortable. I paid top dollar to stay here during spring break 2017 only to find out when I'm checking in that they try to sell me timeshare and make me feel kind of stupid that I was interested in it.

Resort is nice but ....
Accommodations are nice and amenities are as well. Front desk staff no so friendly - restaurant not set up for high volume but workers are pleasant in restaurant and bar areas. Pool area very nice and so is their shuttle service.

Great resort experience and amenities
Great resort with all the amenities you could ask for. Trolley service was wonderful to travel from the pool to the beach. The kids were kept entertained with all the activities. Highly recommend this hotel to travellers.

We'll be back
Our stay was overnight only because cancelled plans. Upon arriving, we were greeted by the friendly hotel staff. Once checked-in my 9 yr old nephew found the waterpark within the resort and could not be pulled away until dark. My 23 yrs old niece couldn't believe how much we could do if we stayed longer. Our family will definitely be back for a longer stay.
