Relaxing and enjoyable

The location is beautiful and has many amenities to keep kids and adults of all ages entertained. My only drawback would be that it is not right on the beach, you would have to walk about a mile to the beach. They do have a trolley that gets you a little closer, but if you have kids it would be an inconvenience to go back and forth. The pool, the lazy river and the slide were fantastic. They also had Bingo and other poolside activities that were fun and interactive. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. My only complaint with our room was that it did not have a window (it hand glass blocks), so it made the room very dark and we had to leave our door open just to get a little sunlight.

Clean room and excellent features but unwelcoming representative

The hotel has excellent features, water Park and easy access to beach. But receptionist need to be trained so that they can deal their work efficiently, professionalu and friendly manner

Clean property. Lovely rooms

Joined my kids for a view days. Loved every minute. Really nice hotel for family fun.

Great beach

I enjoyed the lazy river when it was working, and the Jacuzzi. The beach was very clean and not very crowded.

Good place for layover albeit Pool was closed!

Check in took a very long time. There was no line and it took 45 min to check in our three rooms

Wonderful relaxing getaway

My husband and I just enjoyed a week here, this is like our 4th time at this resort and love coming back. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. We really needed a relaxing week to unwind and took the opportunity to book a signature suite, have to say we were very spoiled in the comfort. We will for sure be coming back.

Rude front desk

Clients called and said the front desk was very rude and not helpful

Oceanfront two bedroom villa was great.

The two bedroom oceanfront villa was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We liked the option of the beach or choice of two pools.

Pools closed and no A/C

80 degrees in the room, and no working A/C. The pools were closed, unit was dirty and smelled like smoke. The lobby is cute and looks great, but after that the resort was horrible. If the pools were open and A/C working, it would have been better, but not worth the price for a smelly dirty room.

Excellent location, good place to stay with kids

The Holiday Inn Vacation Club at Cape Canaveral is a great place to stay with kids. The large pool is nice and well maintained but the pool furniture is old and in need of replacement. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the tram to the beach is very convenient. The guest rooms are older and in need of updates. The bathroom smelled mildewy. Overall the rooms appeared clean. The wifi does not work very well. There is no towel replenishment throughout your stay but there is access to free washers/dryers. The pool towels are old and scratchy. I would recommend packing towels and/or laundry detergent. The restaurant is pretty good but very expensive. It makes sense to utilize the mini fridge and local grocery stores. Overall this is a great place to stay with kids. See cruise ships arriving and leaving from the beach, see launches from the beach, close to Kennedy Space Center.
