beds were nice and staff was friendly

resort was super nice and stage was very helpful, bar staff was fun , pools were amazing , access to beach was super nice and shitttle service was super friendly overall i would love to be part of this again

Unwelcome staff enter room unannounced

We stayed here for a pre cruise stay. We had a maintenance man enter our room three time unannounced. He knocked once and entered the room with his key all within our 12 hours of staying on the property. Most of the amenities were closed for refurbishment. I would never stay here again. They were very unprofessional and very hard to sell you some timeshare. I booked this as a hotel not some sales pitch. Very annoyed with our experience as a platinum member of IHG.

I enjoyed my stay. Excellent service, especially the bartender, Savannah. Food a little pricey but delicious. I will definitely be back

Clean and comfortable resort

Highly recommend this property!!! Staff was very professional. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There were lots of amenities at this location. Restaurant has good food and beverages. Shuttle available to take you to the beach. Very convenient!

Vacation Time

This was the first legitimate vacation I took my wife and 3-year old son on, and this hotel didn’t disappoint. There’s so much to do on property that you can stay onsite multiple days and not be bored. It was surprisingly quiet for being right next to the port, and it was cool seeing the ships leave throughout the week. I had some minor gripes that were easy to look past, but I do wish the bed I slept on was more comfortable. With that being said, though, I would 100% stay here again.

Close to cruise terminal

This hotel has a lot to offer . Pros- huge swimming pool with bar and loungers, lazy river and water slide . Access to the beach to watch ships depart . Beautiful decorated suites to accommodate large families. A few min drive to cruise terminal . Cons -pools are not heated and extremely cold , staff are rude and don’t welcome you as their guest . Lobby decor used to be beautiful until the hotel took away all the furniture . Pool service is non existent and bar tender is rude as well .

Now we get the timeshare sales pitch BEFORE the room key. Sad.

The Holiday Inn Club Vacations (HICV) sales pitch prior to receiving the room key is inappropriate. Stop treating guests like cash machines and focus on welcoming them after a long day of traveling. Oh and clean the carpets and service the elevators.

Absolutely amazing

This place was extremely comfortable. All the staff was very helpful and friendly and there were something to do for the entire family. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were incredibly clean.

Great Views!

The resort is conveniently located within walking distance to the cruise ship port. The facility offers great views to the ships, a beautiful beach and an impressive view of the Atlantic Ocean. I will be visiting the location in the future!

A great kitchen

I really enjoyed the kitchen because I was able to use the refrigerator and microwave my own food after the restaurant close.
