Beautiful Villas

It’s like home away from home. Very comfortable and close to port

When arrived to the hotel room was filthy. The floors were not swept or mopped. There is food on the dishwasher and on the cabinets the bathroom had lots of hair in the shower and I used Band-Aid in the shower and there was poop on the wall next to the toilet, the fridge was not turned on and my son’s ice cream birthday cake melted because of this

Welcoming staff

Very nice staff and welcoming atmosphere I would recommend this property to every Family who is interested in beach and relaxing at the same time with multi age members. The added bonus was the NASA launch

So beautiful and right by the cruise terminal!

We came to FL a few days before our cruise. The resort was conveniently located right next to the cruise terminal which made cruise departure day so easy. The resort is spotless, has so much to do, and the staff were very friendly.

Very convenient place to stay before your cruise.

The 1 bedroom suite is great for a family, especially if travelling for a cruise. It is very convenient with major stores and restaurants close by. It also has a full kitchen and washer dryer in the room. The pools and beach access are extremely nice when trying to entertain small kids. Would like to see the arcade room get updated as it has the same boring worn out games that have been there for the past 4 years we have stayed here. We would also like to see the kids play area open back up, which was shut down during covid. This was a great alternative for the kids to play inside during the heat of the day.

Relaxing and Comfortable

This is a fun property to stay at! There are so many amenities -- water slide, lazy river, pool, hot tub, beach access, putt-putt course, game room, and movie theater! It's nice that there is a restaurant on the property, but the food is not inexpensive. And at those prices, I would expect the burger to taste better than a fast food burger. The pizza was also not the quality we expect for that price. (Orlando makes some really tasty drinks, though!) Kids food aside, the entrees and salads were very good.

No blanket it was cold

The shower had no pressure they didn’t have any blankets in the room

Great hotel, kind and helpful staff

Everything from the room to the amenities of the hotel was a great experience. Unfortunately one of the amenities I was looking forward to was closed and I didn’t find out until I had approached its closed for construction sign. Obviously it’s not the staffs fault that the amenity was closed but they had no knowledge that it was in the first place which is of concern to me.

Great location to the beaches. Loved the pool area and the lazy river plus all the other amenities. Loved the fact the room had a full kitchen so we were able to cook in if we didn’t want to go out. However, the only thing we didn’t like was our bed. It was very hard so not as comfortable as I wish it to be.

Great facility and good people but almost criminal sales pitch.

If you can get past the check in sales pitch this place is amazing. I am happy I was tired and already angered before I checked in because my mild nature would have probably cratered to the high pressure sales tactics.
