Clean space and great pool, but overpriced and inconvenient

Relaxing, fun environment with clean rooms and spaces, but over priced without conveniences: 1 pool towel provided per person and you were charged if you needed another, room amenities were only replenished upon request with a charge, resturaunt and bar were only open until 8 pm, and when we booked the room, the location and amenities detailed over the phone, we're not as described .

Spacious rooms and relaxing Lazy River

The room was nice and the pool amenities were a plus for the kids, although the slide was only briefly open during our stay. The whole family enjoyed mini golf course. The only negative would be the service. The welcoming experience did not stand up to our other Club Vacation visits. No one seemed happy to work, they did their job in a mundane manner. We overheard several talk about walking out. The restaurant is very overpriced for the quality of the food and service. Overall is what a nice hotel, but overly priced for the experience.

Nightmare guests in room next door

Clean, comfortable, place to getaway.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, providing well maintained pools, with activities such as a lazy river, volleyball, hot baths, water slide, movie theater, well equipped gym, bing-go, live DJ and restaurant. Room is comfortable with kitchen and a nice size bathroom. Parking is convenient and shuttle service provided to the beach. Highly recommended to consider for a stay

Relaxing getaway

At first, driving to the location is slightly off putting the series of trailer parks around the area give you mixed emotions, but as you get closer to the turn to get to holiday inn grand vacations… it changes. The area offers a safe and comforting feel. Once you arrive the staff is amicable and in inviting. Their promo service allows you to enjoy to quickly access the pools and beaches. The rooms are spacious and decor is a complete coastal feel. Ready for relaxation.. there are some things that needed attention such as our sliding glass door which allowed for bugs… other than that our overall Experience was great!

Clean big rooms

Very clean and looked new. It was perfect!! Comfy beds. The water park was a great hit. Would definitely recommend and go again

Great Hotel Stay

The hotel was clean and the service was fast. It’s in a great location, the water park and facilities are well maintained. It’s an easy 5 min walk to and from the beach. Perfect location if you are cruising out of terminal 3. Less then a 2 min walk to the terminal.

Great place to relax before a cruise

This hotel was a great place for my family to be able to relax before setting out on a cruise. The bartenders both inside and outside were spectacular. The service was very personal. The combination of the pool complex and path to the beach were amazing. No need to go anywhere else for entertainment.

Room and hallway smelled like diapers.

First floor very musty. Our floor smelled like dirty diapers. Front desk staff was very rude. Property was really nice. Pool area was beautiful. Hotel was in a really nice area. The staff at the outdoor grill was really good.
