Excellent stay

Entire hotel and facilities were beautiful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, I felt that they all knew me and cared about me. I made a last minute reservation for only one night, but would defintitly return here for multiple nights.

Great water amenities, but units need to be refurbished

The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Cape Canaveral Beach Resort has great water amenities - pools, jacuzzi, huge water slide & children’s pool with a water spouts area. It also provides a tram to the nearby beach. Unfortunately, the furnishings and decor of the units are very dated. The carpet in our unit was very worn and appeared dirty. Furniture was also worn. I only recommend this property because of the great pool and water facilities.

Great Location

Rooms are beautiful and spacious. The building we stayed at is very close to the beach. The shower area next to the beach is very clean and well maintained. Overall a great experience at this resort.

Passing through for Cruise

Hotel was calm and relaxing atmosphere. Check in was calm but check out was not . She acted as if we were distracting her from her work. Even though it was our first time at this hotel; she acted like getting up an instructing where we needed to leave our luggage (while we ate breakfast) was such an inconvenience. what happened to customer service with a smile?

Comfortable clean towels and linens

We have stayed here before. We have friends that stay at Jetty Park campground every year in May so it is very convenient for us to visit and meet at the restaurant or Tiki bar. We love the lazy river and relaxing around the pool. It is usually very quiet and private; however this year with the construction at the port it was noisy. The grounds are beautiful and the pathways are so nice to walk on.The staff is friendly and accommodating. We will be returning next year.

Exceeded my expectations!

I booked a room for 5 so that we could stay the night before we departed on a cruise. I expected a hotel room but was given a condo, with 2 bedrooms and a fold-out sofa bed. I was completely satisfied and pleased with this room. The grounds were beautiful, pool was amazing and the overall stay was well worth what I paid for it.

Great location, great pool area and mini golf. We stayed only one night, wished we could have stayed longer.

Terrible vacation experience

Terrible all around! Our room was just DISGUSTING. Stunk like rotten mold, had mold in bathroom, my kids slept on a pull out bed that we were not provided sheets nor clean pillow cases to put on the pillows. When we called the front desk they said they would send. Needless to say they never did and 4 of us ended up in a king bed. When we called 1st thing the next morning around 7am, spoke with sherice, who was rude to me, stated she would send someone with sheets and pillow cases ASAP. No one ever came once again! Called back 3 hours later and asked for a supervisor. Sherice told us she was the supervisor. Asked for hers whom was Page, who apologized and that was it! She stated that the hotel did not have any emergency rooms to move us to, so we can have a clean room. She offered to have someone come and bleach the mold in the bathroom, which she never sent anyone. The outside bar was busy, so we went in to the inside bar to order drinks since no one was there and the bartender acted like we with bothering her. Had lunch outside and took over an hour to get a salad and 2 appetizers. All the manager could do was say sorry and offer bleach for the mold and smell in our room. And I assume she thought it was not a big deal that they never brought sheets for my kids until the next day after 3 phone calls. TERRIBLE ALL AROUND.
