Excellent space, comfort, cleanliness.

Great place to stay. House keeping cleans every nook and cranny for dust, spills, and facilities keeps up all wear and tear.

Place was close to the strip and affordable. Enjoyed my stay. Like having an apartment close to Vegas.

Lovely property but housekeeping needs to be improved

Great location next to the strip. Villas are well furnished and spacious. Food, beverages and service at the grill bar/restaurant are excellent. Housekeeping needs to be improved considerably. A used razor from a previous guest was in our main bathroom on our arrival (see picture), and the toiletries had not been replaced after previous guests.

Average at Best

I always stay at IHG branded properties when traveling. The overall facility of Desert Club is a decent property. Their staff requires some serious customer service training. Although I am a Platinum Elite IHG member, I was told that my check out time was 10am. I intentionally booked a later flight so that we could relax longer based on my typical checkout times. No one ever mentioned the early checkout time before arrival. Initially at check in, I had to complete several fields on the invoice that should have been done through my online booking. Then you're sent across the lobby to another desk to validate a coupon. While I was the first person in line at check in, the process took 10-15 minutes. Secondly, I had called in advance to obtain a room closer to the clubhouse and larger pool due to my wife's recent knee surgery. Upon arrival, we were placed in the furthest group of buildings from the clubhouse and restaurant. Next, I arrived back to my room after the first day of business to find that my room had not been serviced. When I called the front desk I was told that you typically don't clean the rooms but that you would due to my IHG member level. I was staying next to a colleague that I recommended to use your property. His was not cleaned either. His first night had no towels, soaps or shampoos in the bathroom. Again, I looked on the website and found no mention that we had to ask for cleaning, fresh towels, or coffee replenishment. Next, I was to be in a non smoking room although my room had cigarette burns in the carpet. I brought this to the attention of the staff. Lastly, the fireplace in my room did not work. No assistance.

Great 14 night stay at Vacation Club

Beautiful property great customer service front desk Mgr was wonderful bernie very helpful went out of her way to make my stay the best .and also Tony was great and was there to make sure my stax was nice . The staff at the property stands out above the rest for there service and taking care of the Guest I have stayed there around 8 times and will come back for sure they treat you awesome.

Poor check-in, dirty room.

Poor check-in experience. They force you to talk to the rude timeshare slime-people just to get a parking pass. Room itself had lots of hidden treasures like dirty socks from previous guests for my toddler to discover. The room itself is spacious and nice. About a 20-minute walk to the strip (maybe too close based on the snide comments from Lyft drivers when I wanted them to take me there). The pool was nice.

Value for money

Excellent resort and value for money with great access to main stripe

Wonderful experience

We stayed in Las Vegas for two nights with a large family including young children. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite exceeded our expectations in size. We were within two minutes by foot of a lovely pool and spa. Wish the shuttles to local area hot spots picked people up around the grounds as they are quite large to walk in excessive heat.

Great location for a stay in Vegas

Loved this hotel. Ideal location one block behind the Venetian. Quiet, comfortable and great staff.

Incredible rooms

The rooms were incredible. I travel a lot for work and can honestly say this was the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in
