Everything was GREAT!

The entire room was outstanding. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and bedrooms to create a little privacy. The living and dining area were great for relaxing and visiting. The beds were very comfortable. We Had a great stay!

The service only one star

We only can rate this stay for one star 1. We have total 3 rooms for three nights. And the front desk spent more than half hour to help us to check in just because we want to three rooms to be close to each other. And spent over half hour we are not even in same biuilding. 2. We arrived around 2 o’clock and the front desk lady told us three rooms are all not avialibale till 4 o’clock by not even checking. We asking three times cuz we have a baby with us. Then she called told us there is one room ready we can go rest. She will call us for sure when rest of 2 rooms are ready. I missed first phone call and she not even try to call again or leave voice message. 3. One of the room have no hot water and I told front desk, but not been fix on time. One of our friends got serisouly sick by showering with cold water. And I did not took shower for more than 24 hours. I came to front desk again, been told they did not received any request to fix hot water. Then I ask to talk to manager see if we can get cctv to see I was there asking for hot water earlier. Manger said fix it right they way and will contact us later. The hot water fixed but hear nothing from manger. This trip experience is worse ever. I wish you guys can find that front desk at least to give a warning letter for not taking work seriously. Will losing more and more loytal customers by this horrible hotel management. We felt been treat discrimination.

Not up to Holiday Inn Standards

I been a Platinum Elite Member now for many years and always got special treatment at ever Holiday day Inn and was so excited to stay a Desert Club Resort and Being my First time in Vegas .Lets just say being a Platinum Elite Member to this Staff means NOTHING !!!! First they make you wait two hours to get a room and then I was hoping to get a room with a view I got a room facing a employee training building . Now with 5 pool areas which where very nice and mountain views on the outside building your PLATIUM ELITE MEMBER IS STUCK IN A HOLE . Other than the restaurant staff most other staff was rude if ask for something . The room was half clean and bathtub never was and if you use anything like coffee , soap, shampoo they dont replace it . I always enjoyed my stays at Hoilday Inns . Dont think I be coming back to this one !!!

Close Enough to Strip!

This was a good trip. We celebrated my husbands 50th Birthday. Since we're considered middle aged we felt this was a place we could relax, get away from the noise and yet be close enough to the strip so we didn't have far to go.

Great room!

Having a complete one bedroom condo was great! Having a full kitchen was so nice. The washer and dryer were fantastic!

Great rooms and location

This resort is great. We loved the rooms and location. I definitely will visit here again.

Not a Great Experience

Typically we do not complain and Holiday Inn's are great. But, this visit was not the greatest. We had 2 rooms because we were in Vegas for my daughters Wedding, so this was an important time for us and we did not need any extra stress. Well, our other daughters were staying in one room (for 3 days), me, my wife and mother room were going to be in the other (for 4 days). Somehow, they switched the rooms around and put us in the room for 3 days and insisted we switched everything over at the last minute without any assistant, which was a BIG inconvenience. My wife called to ask, why couldn't they just switch the rooms in the computer because they were the exact same rooms, King Size Suites but they refused to do that without explanation. So not only did we have to gather a lot of stuff up quickly and move it to a totally different room in a totally different building and then when I asked if they could at least change the bedding because other people had been sleeping in it, they said only if we paid $60 dollars, I feel this was terrible customer service for anyone but especially for a spire elite member. I really wish I wouldn't of wasted my points on this hotel. They were very rude and not helpful at all, they could of even helped move all of our bags if we couldn't stay in our original room.

Nice place overall

The room felt a bit dated. There was a small patch of carpet missing in the living room. The sound proofing wasn’t very good. Could hear people in next unit from my bedroom.
