In dire need of a remodel

The hotel guests are treated as if we were time share owners. We were expected to take our trash to the dumpster. I do not work there, so that is a hard no. The rooms need to be cleaned better. Our A/C intake vent was filthy and we had to ask twice to get it cleaned. The mirrors had film on them. It makes me wonder what else had not been cleaned. I was expected to wash my towels instead of giving me clean ones.

Old facilities and missing basic amenities.

Wow! For $350+ a night, not at all recommended. Not even a decent coffee cup available. The room coffee pot was disgustingly dirty and the coffee provided was the worst coffee I have ever had. Only one pot available and it was not replaced for our second night. Coffee in the restaurant was nasty as well. Room was not very clean and you could tell that it was in need of repair. Closet doors didn’t work correctly and just overall the room was not that nice at all.

Great stay

Location was the best pro for our visit...approximate 10 walk to the strip and the Sphere. Accommodations were a very good value with a 2-bedroom villa given the daily rate by making reservations 6 months in advance. Value would have not been as good if I had waited to make a reservation as the rate doubled and tripled as room availability became scarce due to Eagles concerts at the Sphere.

Quiet and Spacious

Great space location near the heart of Vegas conventions. Walking distance to many central locations. Very quiet suite. Would definitely stay there again. Fitness facilities could use some upgrading.

Great Service and great value

Mr. Charles at the check in helped us. He is fantastic and upgraded us to a room with the Sphere view. My son loves it. It's his first trip to Vegas and he wanted to see sphere. We also liked how we just sent a text and supplies would get delivered to our room. We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen supplies were clean. We liked how there's no daily cleaning person come to our room and leave us with peace of mind.

Spaciou, Clean, Beautiful and Relxing

I was very impressed by the nature of the staff, the cleanliness, room size, and comfort. Will definitely be coming back! Great to be able to cook your own meals as well!

Poor service

Front desk staff lack basic customer service skills. I stayed for 5 nights and room not cleaned once, not even the bins emptied. I was encouraged to go to a meeting which I found intimidating and forced to to make a deal work. I refused to buy in. I was not offered and was also told I could only have points and not breakfast as a diamond member

Great check in

Rene ( same name as my wife) and team greeted us with a smile after a long flight, check on us through out our stay. They are the yard stick in which every hotel front desk team should be measured bye.

Terrible experience! Watch out your credit card!!

This hotel is an absolute mess! It's extremely poorly managed. They overcharge and refuse to refund deposits. Three colleagues and I stayed at the hotel and all encountered problems. Even after presenting multiple pieces of evidence proving they overcharged us significantly (by more than $1000 USD), they ignored us and remained silent. We wrote countless emails and made numerous calls, all to no avail. They even charged us for a non-existent reservation and still haven't issued a refund, despite proof that the reservation never existed. The receptionist (a middle-aged, 5'7" tall white man) was cold and arrogant. I've never experienced anything like this in my 80+ stays at IHG hotels as a Diamond member (membership number 272170194) !!!
