Timeshare presentation

3 hrs for a timeshare presentation (to receive local discount tickets) was too much and a large negative. Then "Scott" got very unpleasant when he asked if there was ever an interest in a timeshare and was told no. I would recommend no one waste their time in that presentation.

Great location

The unit was nice and comfortable. The staff provided toiletries as needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Internet service was great. I would have preferred a smart TV; to utilize my own streaming services.

Quiet resort. Good quality accommodation

Great resort for families. Quiet. Staff friendly and efficient. Good location walking distance from strip. Loved the pools they were quiet and relaxing. We would definitely return again if in the area. 2 bedroom apartment was more than enough room for a family of 4 with teenagers.

Clean and Comfortable

I liked my stay at this resort. The room was spacious and clean, and it was equipped with all you'd need for a comfortable stay. The resort itself is a little dated and it's not in the most prime location, but it's ultimately a good bang for your buck if you're trying to save money while in Vegas.

Slept well

I will stay again and very soon may I add. I love the area it's in. Very close to the strip. I could have stayed longer than what I did. I love the workers. Food and drinks were very good. I hope to be back at this location very soon.

Room spacy and clean, breakfast is not fair

We booked a room with breakfast for 5 people and we just got a 30USD voucher. Not fair as the voucher just covers the drinks. We had to wait more than one hour to get seated for breakfast. The staff did their best but with just 2 persons serving, it does not work.

A great place to stay and rest

The experience of staying in this hotel was incredible. I think my family and I felt like home. Everything was very spacious and they make you feel important.

Dirty and old rooms. Pricey breakfast for what it is. No lift to rooms

Spacious room and great amenities

We enjoyed the spacious room and kitchen with a stove, large refrigerator. and expresso maker, as well as the included coffee grounds, expresso grounds, and coffee filters. The washer and dryer was also very handy to have. The sofa bed came in handy for the kids to sleep on. The automatic blinds and curtains provided privacy and allowed us to sleep well in our comfortable, clean beds. The choice of several pools was fun, and we enjoyed swimming until 10 pm. The on-site restaurant was so convenient! We definitely recommend this resort for families!

Good place to stay

This IGH property is close to the Strip without all the noise and traffic. Even with the pools close the room was quiet. The onsite arcade is small but sufficient for family. The onsite restaurant is quite expensive. The room rates are pretty high.
