Comfortable bed and excellent experience

We had a great time staying at your resort. The beds were comfortable and warm. There were TV screens in the bedroom and living room. The kitchenette was nice and clean. The bathroom and shower was in good working order and great condition. We were in the second floor. They have no elevators but we were offered assistance to take our luggage if we needed it. Parking was pretty good. Location was convenient near major hotels to watch shows. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Great Stay just off the Strip

Great place to take a family just off the strip. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped with everything you may need. Minutes walk from shows, restaurants, and all Las Vegas has to offer.

Yes, I recommend this property.

An all around awesome experience!

We recently had a quick stay in Vegas, Our first time out and we’re happy to say we chose this hotel! The concierge was friendly and super helpful, the room was spacious enough for two, loved the king bed and the kitchenette, and the accessibility was perfect! The pools were great along with all of the other amenities, and we honestly can’t wait to go back! You definitely need more than 48 hours to do everything at the resort before even touching Vegas!!

Yes, I recommend this property.

Excellent room

The room was very spacious. We loved the fireplace and full size kitchen. We most definitely will stay here again on any future trips to Las Vegas. The restaurant was a great place for breakfast before heading out for site seeing. Highly recommend!

Great location

Clean and comfortable room. Great location. The dishwasher should have been fixed before I got there.

Good for groups

The location is very nice to the event we were attending across the street. Check in was easy, and did not get the sales pitch on the timeshare. Might be because of status or reasons for attending.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Good Property

Have stayed here several times in years past. Good property for families with kids. In January it was very quiet but I expect it would be quite busy/noisy at other times of the year. Nice kitchen, living room, patio, separate bedroom, parking setup. Appreciate the coffee shop if you don't feel like cooking in your unit. Also the maket is convenient to grab something quickly. However, due to the bed mattress being so hard and the very loud jets flying overhead at 6 a.m. I probably won't return. Also the price is on the high-end. I can stay at IC Venetian or Palazzo for the same price!

Yes, I recommend this property.

Home away from home

We chose the Holiday Inn because of the convenient location, fully equipped kitchen, and reasonable price and were not disappointed by any of those things. Housekeeping responded quickly to requests for service though daily service expectations were not made clear at check-in. Some daily room housekeeping service (like making the bed and vacuuming the floor) were not done as expected.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Great location, less than great customer service

This is very conveniently located just minutes away from the strip by foot. The rooms are large and very well appointed. However, we experienced many problems in the room which the front desk wasn’t particularly interesting in addressing. We received a sample, “thanks for letting us know.” We would have definitely plan on returning if the front desk showed any interest in helping us resolve the issues. Also the check in process is very painful. After a very long journey the last thing we wanna do is spend a significant amount of time with one of the timeshare people. Unfortunately, you can’t even get your keys until you meet with the timeshare folks. They really should allow folks to check in relax and then discuss activities and opportunities.

No, I do not recommend this property.

Location Location

The Desert Club Vacation Resorts is perfectly located a block from the Las Vegas strip. Normally resorts are in quiet remote areas. This resort has all the normal amenities and walking distance to the Las Vegas destination sites.
