Very nice stay.

This location is close to the strip and convenient to get around. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Peaceful location, nice rooms and pools.

Great staff and overall experience

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The villa was very clean and well stocked for us. This was our 6th stay at this property and I have to say that this was the best the property has ever looked and had the friendliest staff we have ever encountered there. Even the food we had from the Gold Mine restaurant was VERY good! Far better than it has been in previous years. I'm a horticulturist and have been in the landscaping industry for about 35 years, and the grounds looked fantastic. Again, far better than it has in the past. What we gather is that management is doing a great job from top to bottom. That is a rare thing to see these days!

I would not attend this resort in the future. In getting attraction tickets a time share was pushed on us. I was told it would take 90 mins to sit through the presentation and it took over three hours. I assume because we were not interested and they just tried to further push the agenda.

Great stay great time

I had a blast stay here while in Vegas, right off the strip super close walk.

Good location and has a shutter services, but......

Overall the hotel is good, the only thing in the room is the floor is not clean, dusty. The Hotel keep saying this is private property so they should not have the same standard as the normal holiday inn. Then what is the point to mention this as a holiday inn group? when all the IHG member benefits is not applicable in this hotel, also not recognized my IHG member status.

Timeshare presentation

3 hrs for a timeshare presentation (to receive local discount tickets) was too much and a large negative. Then "Scott" got very unpleasant when he asked if there was ever an interest in a timeshare and was told no. I would recommend no one waste their time in that presentation.

Great location

The unit was nice and comfortable. The staff provided toiletries as needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Internet service was great. I would have preferred a smart TV; to utilize my own streaming services.

Quiet resort. Good quality accommodation

Great resort for families. Quiet. Staff friendly and efficient. Good location walking distance from strip. Loved the pools they were quiet and relaxing. We would definitely return again if in the area. 2 bedroom apartment was more than enough room for a family of 4 with teenagers.

Clean and Comfortable

I liked my stay at this resort. The room was spacious and clean, and it was equipped with all you'd need for a comfortable stay. The resort itself is a little dated and it's not in the most prime location, but it's ultimately a good bang for your buck if you're trying to save money while in Vegas.
