Great location
Great location and clean room. Easy access to the strip and friendly service. The kitchen did lack items like dishwashing liquid but it wasn’t a big deal. The shuttle also doesn’t run 24/7 if you have a very early flight. Overall the stay was great and I would stay again

Great Location
I had not stayed at this location before and was surprised at both the location and the size of the suites. Our suite was extremely clean. We were close to three pools. If you're willing to walk about 1/3rd mile, there are a lot of restaurants and some shopping due west of the resort in the Linq. Very cool outdoor area with restaurants and shopping on both sides of the walkway. Highly recommend.

The room is kind is what I expected, low budget but was all IHG had available .. Not the quality and or the service promised as a Diamond elite ambassador. The staff in the on-site restaurant was great … well the bartender …

Minor problems
The bedroom gets a little hot. I slept better in the living room with the ceiling fan. Also the floor to the shower makes a creaking noise. It almost felt like I was going to fall through the tub. Other than that it was great.

Away from the noise but still close to fun
The location was the best part of the resort. We could still walk to stuff but we didn't hear the noise of everything. Ubers were close and easy to get to us. For us most of our Ubers ride fares were cheap by our standards. The room was great the option to cook and relax without having to have to go out was great. I didn't like that the hot water in the room didn't get really hot. The in room coffee was horrible and yes I'm being picky because I'm a HUGE coffee drinker. I wish there was a continental breakfast because the restaurant on site wasn't really giving what we were looking for. Other than that we LOVED our time spent here and definitely plan on returning.

Had bugs in the room
The room looked great when entering but woke up covered in bug bites. Staff came and sprayed for them and was told they were gone and that I did not need to be moved to a new room. Would not recommend this hotel.

The 2-bedroom apartment was huge and very comfortable and clean. We were near one of the 4 pools and fitness center.
We opted for a ground floor apartment since there are 3 floors and no elevators. Otherwise, would have selected the 3rd floor for a better view and no overhead steps. Fortunately, the family above us didn't make too much noise. Enjoyed the pools and fitness center which were close by our building. Also, liked that we didn't have a casino but could easily walk to short-drive to one if desired. Highly recommend for a family.
