Enough room for a big family
Loved the large suite; there was enough room for our family of 5. The kids loved the different pools; we tried a different one each day. Easy walk to the strip and easy access to other parts of Vegas via car. No issues parking at hotel either.
Convenient location, but we had noisy neighbors a flight up. (Not resort’s fault. Did not report.)
We are a family of 5 and the signature suite was perfect! Lots of space and amenities. The staff was amazing! Always had clean towels and lots of them for the pool. The fitness center was great. Only thing I looked for was a coffee station in the lobby :)
Great amenities and accommodating staff
Great location, very close to the Venetian and strip. Easy to access from the airport, nice pool, comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen. We are a family of 5 and we had plenty of room in a 2 bedroom suite.
Hotel is very calm and quite place to stay.
Although the surroundings are peaceful, the accommodations could benefit from some renovation. The washroom was missing a few fixtures and the towel hook kept falling off. Unfortunately, upon check-in, the front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the requests I had made during the booking process, and their explanations were vague. Despite these issues, I would still suggest this hotel as a suitable option for families.
Had an overall great experience. Other than the pushy guy trying to sell a timeshare, no real complaints!
The hotel was close to the strip and rooms were excellent.
We came in to see Adele and had a hard time finding rooms due to a large convention in town. We gave this hotel a try and had mixed feelings. First off, the property is HUGE! It’s basically a large apartment complex. The front desk/lobby staff were very unfriendly and boarded on rude. Checking in it was just me and my six year old daughter and I got the hard sell to sit through a presentation, which I was surprised by. The sales person was super nice until I said no, then he became rude-I get it, he is a sales person but give me a break. I’m not spending any of my short vacation with my daughter in a sales pitch. The property is big and a bit confusing at first. Also, we were the furtherest until and on THE THIRD FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR! I had no idea this was even an option or I would have requested something closer. You either have to walk or call and wait for a ride. They were extremely responsive to help us with luggage up and down the stairs tho. The room was great! Laid out well and had everything we needed. It was cleaned everyday, even tho I was told at the desk it wouldn’t be. We loved having a restaurant on site and we found it to be really good! We absolutely loved our waitress, Caitlin! It is small, so you need to plan accordingly or call ahead for take out. I wish they’d deliver! Also, the convenience store was so handy. We used several of the pools and enjoyed them. They are basic hotel pools, but well kept. The pool towels are in the room closet, which no one told us so that was a cold run back to our rooms wet! We never walked to the strip, but many did and the hotel is behind the big Ferris wheel thing. We ubered everywhere and it went well. Also, you are close to the airport so it was $20 to Uber but it means you hear planes all day and night long. Long story short, we absolutely loved all the staff except the front desk staff! The room was great, just know if you have any mobility issues there’s a ton of walking and stairs. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!
I enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect for my stay. Just off the strip and was east to find. Beds were super comfy and overall was a great stay. Loved that each area had it own pool and hot tub! Will be staying here again next trip!
Very family friendly and amazing stay. I was traveling with my four daughters whom are not able to enjoy Vegas night night so they resort had a lot of fun things for them to do during the stay
