Party Packages
A FINAL COUNT MUST BE GIVEN PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY’S START TIME. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT FOR THE NUMBER OF GUESTS ON THE SIGNED CONFIRMATION FORM. PARTIES WILL NOT BE HELD MORE THAN 72 HOURS WITHOUT A SIGNED CONFIRMATION FORM AND $50 DEPOSIT. An additional drink cup will be given for each SWIMMER added. For every 5 SWIMMERS added to packages with pizza, an additional 14-inch pizza will be provided. There will be an additional charge of $25 for every 15-minute increment spent in the party room past your scheduled time.
Confirmation forms may be returned via email or fax. Personal items may not be stored in the party room prior to or after your designated party time. The Water Park provides table cloths, cups, and napkins. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING PLATES, UTENSILS, AND CANDLES FOR YOUR CAKE. If desired, you may bring additional decorations and use the thirty minutes before your scheduled party time while the housekeeping staff is cleaning to do any additional decorating. NO CONFETTI. No outside food and/or beverages are allowed at The Water Park, with the exception of a cake or cupcakes when you purchase a party package.
A fifty dollar credit card deposit is required at the time of the reservation. Cancellation must be done seventy two hours before the date and time of the party or the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email, fax, or mail. You are responsible for the party package charges and any additional guests or items added the day of the party. No refunds will be given after the initial transaction. We accept cash or credit cards. No personal checks. The Water Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on park property. The Water Park is a non-smoking facility. Tubes are provided on a first come basis. Everyone must wear proper swimwear. Athletic shorts and underwear are not acceptable swimwear.
Group Rates
A 20% deposit is required for groups of 50 or more and private parties. For information on private parties contact the group sales manager. Deposits are refundable until 21 days before the event. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email, fax, or mail. No refunds will be given after original transaction.
Buses should park at the designated area located at the back of the park. Money should be collected by the group leader before arrival. Groups should get in line outside the park so they can be checked for height requirements and counted. The group leader will come to the Treasure Chest to pay. Park employees will put wristbands on each group member. Wristbands will not be given to patrons.
The Water Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on park property. Outside food and/or drinks are not permitted. Park Rules
Waterpark and Ride Rules
- Read and Obey all posted signs
- All Park features have minimum height requirements which are posted at each ride entrance.
- Obey all instruction given by the lifeguards and attendants. Lifeguards are responsible for enforcing safety rules and responding to emergencies therefore it is the parents or guardians responsibility to supervise their children at all times while in the facility.
- NO outside food and beverages allowed. All Glassware is prohibited.
- Food and beverages are permitted in designated areas only.
- Appropriate swimwear is required, no athletic wear, cut-offs, or any other clothing not specifically designed as swimwear is allowed.
- Any person under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will not be permitted in the Waterpark.
- US Coast guard approved life vests are available throughout the park for patron use.
- Children 14 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while in the Water park facilities.
- Swim diapers are required for all children not toilet trained.
- Personal conduct within the waterpark facility must be such that the safety of self and others is not jeopardized. Diving, Jumping, and Horseplay are not permitted.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times.
- The Waterpark and all attractions are subject to temporary maintenance and/or safety shutdowns.
- The pool water is not suitable for drinking. Avoid swallowing pool water.
- Spitting, spouting of water, blowing the nose or otherwise introducing contaminants into the pool is not permitted.
- Glass, soap, or other materials that might create hazardous conditions or interfere with efficient operations of the Waterpark shall not be permitted in the pool or on the waterpark deck.
- All persons are encouraged to take a shower prior to entering the pool area.
- Only clean footwear, baby strollers, or wheelchairs are allowed in the pool area. All swimwear worn in the pool shall be clean.
- No one should swim alone.
Admission to the waterpark shall be refused to all persons having a contagious disease, infectious conditions such as colds, fever, ringworm, foot infections, skin lesions, diarrhea, vomiting, inflamed eyes, ear discharges, or any other condition which has the appearance of being infectious. Persons with excessive sunburn, abrasions which have not healed, corn plasters, bunion pads, adhesive tape, rubber bandages, or other bandages of any kind shall be refused admittance. A person under the influence of alcohol or exhibiting erratic behavior shall not be permitted in the Waterpark area.
WRISTBAND USE:
- WRISTBANDS THAT HAVE BEEN TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY WILL ONLY BE REPLACED WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE (VALID RECEIPT) AND AT THE GUEST’S EXPENSE
- WRISTBAND REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE PERFORMED FOR A FEE OF $12.50 WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE (VALID RECEIPT). PLEASE NOTE: ADDITIONAL ENTRANCE FEES MAY APPLY.
- WRISTBANDS MUST BE PLACED ON THE RIGHT WRIST OF EVERY GUEST

Body Slide Rules
- Children under 48 inches tall are not permitted on this ride.
- Maximum operational load 1 person, 300 lbs.
- Eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps.
- Swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation are not permitted.
- Only one rider to enter the flume at a time. Single riders only!
- Slide must be ridden feet first lying on your back with legs firmly crossed at ankles and arms folded across chest to prevent elbows contacting the flume.
- Never form chains
- Riders must wait for the lifeguard’s start signal before starting the ride.
- Do not uncross your legs or attempt to sit up until you come to a stop in the shutdown lane
- Do not run, dive, stand, kneel, rotate or stop in the slide.
- At the end of the slide, obey all instructions by shut down lane attendant and exit quickly, taking your tube with you.
CAUTION: For safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride this slide.
Lazy River Rules
- ONLY WATERPARK APPROVED FLOTATION DEVICES are permitted in the Lazy River.
- Children less than forty-two inches (42”) tall must be accompanied by an adult and must be wearing an approved flotation device while in the Lazy River.
- Climbing, standing, walking or crossing the river island is not permitted.
- Diving, jumping, and horseplay are not permitted in the Lazy River.
- Double Tubes are NOT permitted in the Lazy River.
- Obey all instructions given by the lifeguards and attendants.
- Swimwear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation are not permitted.
- Forming chains with tubes is NOT permitted.
Slides Waterplay Area Rules
- Children under 36 inches tall are not permitted on this ride.
- Maximum operational load 1 person, 200 lbs.
- Eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps.
- Swimwear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation are not permitted.
- Only one rider to enter the flume at a time. Single riders only!
- Slide must be ridden feet first lying on your back with legs firmly crossed at ankles and arms folded across the chest to prevent elbows contacting the flume.
- Never form chains
- Riders must wait for the lifeguard’s start signal before starting the ride.
- Do not uncross your legs or attempt to sit up until you come to a stop in the shutdown lane

Tube Slide Rules
- Children under 48 inches tall are not permitted on this ride
- Maximum operational load 2 persons, 400 lbs or 182 kg.
- Riders must wait for the attendants start signal before starting the ride.
- Riders must stay on the tubes during the ride. If you accidentally fall from the tube continue on down the flume without it and exit normally.
- Keep arms and hands inside the flumes at all times.
- Do not run, dive, stand, kneel, rotate or stop in the slide.
- Tubes should be ridden in a seated position, facing forward.
- Eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps.
- Swimwear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation are not permitted.
- Only one inner tube to enter flume at a time.
- Never form a chain.
- At the end of the slide, obey all instructions by the splash pool lifeguard and exit quickly, taking your tube with you.
CAUTION: For safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride this slide.
Waterplay Area Rules
- Children 6 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Children under 36 inches are required to have a life jacket on Slides in the Aquaplay.
- Running, jumping and horseplay on or around the water play area is prohibited.
- Hanging or swinging on pull ropes is prohibited.
- Only one rider is permitted on slide at a time, wait until slide is clear before entering.
- Standing, rotating, stopping or tumbling in the slides is prohibited.
- Forming chains on slides is prohibited.
- Feet first on all play area slides.
