Great place but need some Improving on cleaning .
Love staying at the Holiday Inn resorts vacation villas. It's is a great location and you get a great size room for the money. Unfortunately my last 3 visits just wasn't good not counting them out, but struck out these last 3 times looking forward to a good stay.I have stayed there many of times and had great times but these last 3 days just had some bad experiences with the room . Things happen so hoping they could get it together.I have talked to management and looking Forward improvements on the room cleaning. I will still recommend the holiday INN CLUB Vacation , it is a great way to travel and you get a lot for your money and a lot of great amenities don't be discouraged I know this team can get it together They have a great awesome team just drop the ball a few times looking forward to a stay in the next couple weeks.

Comfortable beds, fantastic pool
A little disappointed at the limited schedule of the water park. The room was clean and spacious. The check in process was fast and the staff was friendly.

Poor Customer Service.
On night one of stay at Fox River Resort, after booking 3 rooms for family reunion a fan blade broke off fan at night hitting 2yr old in head. When notified they were more preoccupied with fixing the fan than ensuring kid was alright and that i was satisfied. Company will throw money and incentives at you to buy timeshare but its crickets when a child is hurt.

Beautiful and Fun
I took my family, 14 kids under 8 & 18 adults. We had a great time. So much to do for the kids and the guys loved the free golf.

Could of been way better…
The guest above me were loud and stomping all day and night, my hot tub had hundreds of dead bugs in it. My room had a bunch of flies flying around my whole stay. I couldn’t call the front desk because my phone was missing the numbers and labels.
