Diamond in Galveston
Great place away from the crowd of the Seawall!! Hotel has a great beach access and amenities! Not fancy and not run down...great in between! Great staff! Property in need of some updates but nice stay on the beach!!!

Summer Beach Vacation
Been to these before; They are always nice and perfect for the kids. My only issue is having to navigate the parking pass person and the presentation stuff. We just want to relax and not have someone pressure us into something when we first arrive. I would prefer if they would just advertise the timeshare component and let you make the decision on your own.

Gavleston Vacation for the 4th
Overall a great value with all of the amenities and beach access included. I feel that the rooms could use some updating, as they have been the same for the 12 years that we have visited the property. I also feel that the rooms could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly, but we love the property, the staff is great, and we will for sure continue to visit this location.

Great Room
Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The balcony was such an awesome addition to the room. We were able to watch the sunrise every morning from our room! We can't wait to return!!

Always Wonderful!
We have stayed at this property for several years now and it’s always been wonderful! Easy and close beach access! Sandy at the front desk always greets us with a smile and is always sweet and kind! She treated us like family and her customer service is something I truly haven’t found in the service industry in years! The place is comfortable, with terrific views! The pool is fun and relaxing for us and not too deep for our kiddos too. Two more elevators would be super helpful; as when the place gets busy, there is a pretty long wait getting on. Also, the ice maker this year was broken and didn’t make ice the whole week we were there! But overall this is a wonderful place to stay and will certainly return again!

Floors were filthy, patio door world not lock. Shower door was broken , not enough kitchen stuff.
