Excellent stay

Check in assistant was friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms were newly decorated, extremely clean and excellent view. We have stayed at this property many times and always have an excellent experience. Highly recommend

Nice rooms and nice hotel

This hotel was everything we were looking for. It was nice and relaxing for me being that Im going through cancer treatment. The only thing we would of liked to have was breakfast but I don't think they had that. But overall it was a pleasant experience.

Great view and room

The room was a lot bigger than we thought! We had such a great time and you are able to walk right out to the beach!

Unbeatable views!

This hotel is on the beach and the views are wonderful. The room (villa), is large with a full kitchen, and large balcony. The staff are terrific and the pool and hot tub area are well taken care of. Best hotel to stay in Galveston. I highly recommend.

Close to the Beach

The hotel has well designed suites, an excellent pool, and is a short walk to the beach, with no roads to cross. It is in a quieter part of Galveston, but is not far from the city center, restaurants and attractions.

Best vocation spot!

We arrived at the hotel and it was so nice that when we went to check in we was an hour early and they still let us in they thanked us for being a member gave us complimentary cookie we then went to our room we're it was a little small but perfect for my wife and I. The room was very clean and fully stocked with cooking like pots and pans everything you need the hotel was perfect with a beautiful view we continued to walk outta the ocean we're it was a very nice walk straight to the water. We then went for diner we're the hotel told us about a very nice place down the road we celebrated out 10 years of being married then we came back to our nice room the second night we was able to go to moody gardens and enjoyed what Galveston had to offer very peaceful I would highly recommend going there we are considering going again next year and taking our kids because it looks like a very nice kid friendly place we stayed there the water allot relaxing at the beach we're a few people were with there family it wasn't over populated like i was thinking it would be. The best thing is walking out of your hotel room and right onto the beach having a couple drinks and going back in for the night.

Awesome beach location and great room!

This hotel was right on the beach. The room was spacious and we had room to get ready and store items in the fridge. We loved the pool overlooking the beach view, so relaxing. Staff was always very kind and attentive, always said hello. Thanks for a great weekend IHG!

Annoying survey and phone calls

We were contacted multiple times in check in day (and prior) to see if we were still coming even though we had prepaid and it was no refundable. An aggressive salesman bothered us about buying a timeshare. Also received multiple requests to complete this survey with answers over 8 even though we were not happy.
