Uninvited guests ruined our getaway

Beautifully furnished villa w/2 King suites - cockroaches in the kitchen and spiders in the shower! Need I say more?

Great check in, beautiful suite

Spacious and beautiful. Fit our family perfectly. Loved the fireplace. Having a full kitchen is so nice. Very easy to check in. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Great Stay

Our family stayed here for my daughters cheer competition and we licked it! Large rooms and bathrooms!

Disappointed Stay

Unfortunately this unit left a terrible impression of myIHG Vacation Club program. I went there with all the hope of celebrating New Years with family instead felt disappointed.

Spacious rooms with lovely ocean views

This is a very nice hotel with full kitchen overlooking the Gulf of Mexico at Galveston.

Highly recommend

We booked the Signature Villa and was the best decision we made. Pack all your groceries (nearest one otherwise is a 15 min drive along the coast) and make the best of the property on the beach with heated outdoor pool and direct beach access. Thanks Holiday Inn for the property. Looking forward to further such vacations.

Great property, needs a refresh soon

The property is beautiful, it does need a refresh ie couch has a few tears, back door difficult to open, the west elevator hasn’t worked in a couple of years. If you can catch a good deal on the room it’s a great stay, the view in the signature series is amazing and a quick walk to the beach. This is a time share property so be careful with your initial conversation as they will try to show and sell you a timeshare. We will Continue to stay her as the amenities for the price are in un-beatable

Christmas Eve

Excellent property to stay in. We had three completely private rooms which was great, because it was three couples. Two fully equipped kitchens. We had plenty of toiletries, more than enough if I may say. I did miss not having a shower cap, like it is usually given. Everything was clean. A few things though: One of the suites did not have a pleasant smell. Not a bad odor, just not a nice one. One of the bathrooms, had a towel (the one you place on the floor) it was stained. One of the sinks had a crack in it. The granite part. One of the doors that lead to the balcony had the lock broken. The doors in the master bedroom didn't lock properly unless you apply force and lift it up. Once it was time to go to sleep, the neighbors were too loud until I don't know what time in the night, but sometimes I know you cant control that. By no means I am saying these because I had a bad experience. On the contrary, I can't wait to go back. Just those things so that the next customer can have an even better experience. Overall, I would come back to this property.
