Huge Property

This place is huge. Not a typical hotel. But, the rooms are spacious…apartment like. Unfortunately, mine wasn’t updated. Had one of those BIG spa tubs in the bedroom(also the shower)…with mirrors surrounding it, not a fan. Was fortunate I was traveling alone and had the luxury of the 2nd bed/bath. So never had to use that monstrous thing. Minor things since it wasn’t an updated unit: toilets were old and ran forever. Bathroom faucet in master bath was worn as was the vanity and closet. Kitchen was nice and stocked with everything needed during my stay. And towels provided were plentiful and very nice! Even provided towels for pool- which was great! Also the place was pretty clean! Bed was comfortable and sheets/ bedding also nice. No complaints sleeping! I had a good stay. I would definitely return as this was a safe, quiet, clean resort. Also the pool is AMAZING! With spectacular views.

Home away from home

Sad lake is down., but still a nice relaxing weekend. Restful and beautiful.

Unsanitary

Bathrooms and bedrooms very dirty moldy and dusty. Too many dogs barking . I would recommend highest floor available or else you would hear running nonstop above. Cook yourself if hungry. Load up at the grocery store near by.

Tx Hill Country get away

Very busy at check in but they offered beverages and coockies. The presidential suite was very spacious and I loved having a patio with a table and chairs. The pools looked great but I didn't have time to enjoy them. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cool and welcomed during this extreme heat wave.

AWESOME STAY - DIRTY FLOORS

FLOORS WERE FILTHY - WAS NOT OFFERED TIME SHARE LIKE MY FRIENDS WERE OFFERED 4 TIMES - FELT RUSHED OUT WHEN I LET THEM KNOW MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN

Great room and excellent costumer service

First off the customer service was great and very helpful. The room was clean and had a great view. And all the amenities like pools, mini golf and tennis made it a great little getaway. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great hotel with lots of amenities

Lots of things to do on property. Make sure you have time built in to venture around and enjoy the mini golf and maybe a game of tennis.

Not a great experience!

Did not get the room they made it appear that we were getting! No bathtub at all with small kids to bath. Swimming pool was drained and closed at our building location. Very deceptive as far as I am concerned.

Would not recommend

We were told that there were activities for all four of our children aging from four years old to 15 years old… None of this was accessible to the children because we were put across the highway from the facility! And no, the resort was not full. And upon arriving being bombarded by a staff member about a timeshare meeting while I had four children bouncing off of the walls in the lobby. She would not take no for an answer! I finally turned around and walked off. If I wanted to go to a meeting, I would’ve stayed at work!

Family vacation

Enjoyed our stay loved the pool the putt putt golf and the rooms were clean and enjoyable Overall it was a great experience for our entire family I would recommend to friends and families
