Great service and very comfortable

Everything was great and clean perfect family vacation

Great Room and beautiful view

I will be back. Beautiful property with lots of extras for the kids! What a great place to relax and enjoy the view!

Poor experience

I was not happy with my stay. High pressure sales pitch upon check in. Key would not work when we arrived at room. No one ever cleaned the room or even asked. Security guard threatened my vehicle would be impounded by hotel if I parked in the only available spot I could find. Overall I feel like the resort is much too expensive for what is offered

Lots of room

Plenty of space for a family of 6. Plenty of swimming pools to pick from. Bedrooms are large and separated for privacy. Each bedroom had on individual kitchens, so actually two families could rent and share.

Vacation stay

We went on a weekend vacation to the hill country resort by Holiday inn clubs. The facilities were great and our kids enjoyed all of the amenities and activities. The rooms were plenty spacious and allowed room for plenty of relaxation.

great people/amenities...but noisy units

Great location and great staff. Units are well appointed but not well insulated. All families with children should be on the ground floor as much as possible due to noise transmission through the floors. Building 5 (3 BRs) has limited view and is next to an auto repair business which can be noisy after hours (9PM- til past midnight)

Great value and location

We enjoyed our stay. We were very impressed with the accommodations. Nice size rooms with two full bathrooms, tvs in each bedroom and in the living room. Balcony with seating. Great place for families with lots of activities for children and adults. Would definitely book this again.

Nice pools and plenty of room in the rooms

The pools were nice and loved the little pools for kids. The view was also amazing for the pool area. We also loved the food onsite

Great service, drivable distant from our hometown

As a Platinum level Holiday Inn owner, It will be nice to offer available villas, or maybe provided some points as rewards when Owners paid full price to stay a the villas or maybe make more villas avalaible

Great location but loud

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable, but there was no elevator in our building and our bathrooms were very outdated. Some rooms at the hotel have been renovated. I wish we would have gotten a renovated room.
