Everything we needed

Overall the room was nice and well equipped, down to the fly swatter in the closet. The king size bed was comfy and the view of the golf course from the balcony was great. Large two room bathroom allowed us both to get ready at once. The only negative comment would be the paper thin walls where you can hear your neighbors, and I’m sure they can hear you, doing anything and everything ️.

Relaxing stay, with great service

Very relaxing, nice balcony with a nice view. I love that the room had a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator, so that we were able to cook meals. The location of the hotel was very convenient to the Lake where we enjoyed walks and a tour of the lake.

Nice couples get away

We have stayed here twice and have been extremely happy with the service, amenities, cleanliness of the room and the food.

Wonderful Experience!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Our room was beautifully updated, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was also comfy, which was the biggest deal, in my opinion. We loved that the Holiday Inn section of the hotel had access to the main resort, so we took full advantage and enjoyed Grand Geneva’s spa and pool. We also really loved the Holiday Inn pool area. The privacy shrubs surrounding the pool made the central location feel very private. Would definitely stay again!

Dirty Kitchen & Blood on the bed sheets

The kitchen counters were not clean and the cabinets were sticky from grease. Blood on the bed sheets

The grounds and buildings are attractive and well kept. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, willing to do whatever then can to make the stay as relaxing as possible. I would recommend this property to anyone,

Great stay, friendly people and comfortable room.

We really enjoyed staying here for our engagement celebration trip. The room was so comfortable and I loved the bathtub. Everyone we ran into was very friendly and helpful. I wish there was more information on what’s included with the stay because we thought the water park was included and that there was free breakfast. Overall great stay!

Great service/great pool

Outdoor pool and pool staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Service at pool was top notch.
