Great Clean Hotel and very Comfortable room, !!

This is place is Fabulous !!!! best place we have ever stayed ~ staff is very friendly and helpful !!! Exceptionally clean and conveniently located to everything !!! The entire hotel is beautiful and the pools and hot tubs are amazing !!! Can't wait to go back !!!

Didn’t like Room, little help from management. No housekeeping.

Booked this hotel in May for a September wedding. Arrived in September and was placed in a handicapped room where I was unsatisfied with the shower and the washer/dryer. Front desk told me the rooms were first come first serve yet my wedding guests who booked months after me got better rooms. Terrible experience.

Relaxing and awesome stay

The room was tastefully decorated, bed was very comfortable and the facilities were immaculate. We had a great vacation, weather was iffy but property made up for it. Will stay there again.

Awesome stay

Facility is beautiful!!! Interior design is gorgeous, staff is professional, informative and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. I felt like was was at home and not in a hotel. Conveniently located. Pools beautiful. Nice towels and the robes, slippers, washer dryer, wine cooler were all awesome to have.

Fantastic Experience

Much needed vacation and well worth the wait to stay in this newly built property! Beautiful resort close to Market Commons and Murrells Inlet! We will be back!

Very clean, beds comfortable staff Profesional

The actual stay was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Very clean villa with all the appliances and dishes and utensils made it easier. Fully equipped. Loved the few steps to the pool, hot tub and ocean and of course the bar. If only the helicopters didn't fly over every 5 minute right above us. We could have a conversation. They should move that route for their rides. I am sure they do it for advertising to get more people to take a ride. It is a deterant to me. The place itself was beautiful.

New Property- Good and Bad

This is a new property and I think they are still working through a few things. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. Views are so-so depending on where you land room wise. The pool area is great and we'll maintained. There is room for improvement in some areas like emergency notifications. I received a text shortly after checking in to make sure my room was as expected. I would think the same could be done if there are alarms going off in the building. I saw a lot of guests being shown around for the IHG rewards program they try to sell you on. A presentation that takes hours of your vacation time with a pushy salesperson asking you to make a split second decision in giving them thousands of dollars for a down payment and $30,000-$40,000 total even if you're uncertain of its usefulness for you personally. I was very disappointed on that process. The hotel started to feel like an MLM scheme after that experience. No one would take no for an answer. Other than that the stay was pleasant and we had some good days and great weather. I would likely stay again but immediately shut down any sales offers.

Excellence

Everything was excellent @ during our stay. Our room was nice .. the bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious, fridge, stove & microwave were clean. We loved the bar counter seating in the kitchen. We enjoyed the outdoor bar & jacuzzi. Beach view from our room was great. We were only steps away from the beach .. excellent!
