We are proud of our efforts to help protect the environment. All recyclable items (please, no pizza boxes) can be placed together in the marked containers throughout the resort.
For all other items, simply tie your trash bag and place it in the marked containers throughout the property. Please refer to the resort map for the marked locations. To prevent attracting wildlife, please do not leave trash around the container. Please remember to empty your trash before checking out.
Other ways to help:
- The resort recycles key cards. We would appreciate you returning them to the Front Desk when checking out. The Front Desk is open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. If the Front Desk is closed, you can drop them in the express box located outside the lobby.
- We recommend setting your thermostat to 74 degrees Fahrenheit (23º C) in the summer and 68 degrees Fahrenheit (20º C) in the winter to help conserve energy.
- Close windows and doors when using the AC or heat.
- Turn off lights when leaving your villa.
Clean the World:
Clean the World (cleantheworld.org) recycles gently used soap and bath products to donate to impoverished people around the world. You can help by leaving these products behind when checking out. Housekeeping will collect and donate them to the charity for you.
Relax and enjoy the evening. Quiet hours are in effect nightly from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.
We register all unclaimed guest items we find with the service Chargerback. This makes it easier to match your lost item with you, even after you get home.
As soon as you discover you’re missing something, contact Resort Services at (413) 243-3500. We’ll be happy to search the website for your item, and if it’s not there, we’ll input your information. Or register yourself at chargerback.com.
You’ll be emailed to arrange shipping if your item turns up after you return home.
Computers with internet and printer access are available in the Activity Center and by the Front Desk.
This comprises all smoking items, including e-cigarettes and vapor products. You may smoke on your balcony, patio or porch. However, please close the door to prevent smoke from entering the villa and dispose of your cigarettes properly. And remember, smoking is not allowed inside your villa. Violations will result in a $250 cleaning charge on your account.
Just a few quick safety reminders for your visit:
- Take the time to find the exits and count the number of doors between your villa and the exit.
- Keep your key card by your bed and take it with you if there is a fire.
- If the alarm sounds, leave right away, closing all doors behind you. Use the stairs—never elevators—during a fire.
- If you must escape through smoke, get low and go under the smoke to your exit.
