Good, not great

Check in went ok except they dont ask you anything about village or room preferences unlike other hotels. I ended up pretty far in East Village which is quiet but not near the restaurants or main pools. I absolutely disagree with making you see a timeshare rep in order to get a parking pass then they keep calling you. I'm glad I didnt go and was persistent that I'm not interested. They dont do this at all at Scottsdale location. Scottsdale is more modern and doesn't have a musty room order. I slept well though and liked the kids eat free at some of the restaurants

Terribly dark

After seeing our room we tried to have it changed and were told it couldn't be done.They wanted us to pay for towels

Family vacation

Hotel has everything you need for a great vacay. Its very large and there is a downside ro that cause you have to take a shuttle to get around.

Not what was expected

Never have I had to make my bed, clean up the "coffee" area, take out my own trash plus wash my own towels in all my years of staying at Hotels! and here I was at a "Villa" in a Resort Hotel at least I thought it was a Hotel?? There was mold and hairs in the bathroom and the chairs in the D.R. were disgustingly dirty. There were people smoking cigarettes

Comfortable room

Extras for tube and mini golf were not expected room was ok staff was helpful check in was easy and let us check in early which was nice parking was easy and close to room food at the pool was nice to have to have ice cream or a drink at the bar or coffee at Starbucks

Great Vacation!

Great place for families. Get the play pass for the water slide, lazy river, mini golf. Look on the schedule for all the activities for kids. We loved all the activities and games by the pool. Check out the entire resort. Restaurants are good too!

Great pool area

Stayed for 3 days and loved every minute. Loved the water park.

Good hotel

This was my second time staying at this hotel and i love it. The only complain i have is that you shouldnt have to pay for cleaning service and the tubes for the lazy river should be free.

Mediocre at best.

The property itself is beautiful and the rooms are basic but clean when you arrive. The staff is horrific and unpleasant. Impossible to get the front desk on the phone. Traveled with disabled mother put us in a villa extremly far from first shuttle bus. Housekeeping is not included in your stay and neither are some of the pools that are not listed as additional online.
